Nestled near Hatley Pointe (formerly Wolf Laurel Ski Resort) at an elevation of approximately 4,250 feet, this cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is the perfect base for your mountain adventure. With a spacious wooden deck offering stunning long-range mountain views, it is easy to leave your cares behind.

Here's what you will enjoy during your stay:

Modern comforts: Central A/C and heat, Wii-Fi, internet phone, and five cable TVs with two DVD players. Fully stocked kitchen and large entertainment spaces. A hot tub, firepit table, and neighborhood picnic area add to the comforts you can enjoy.

Entertainment options: A gas-log fireplace for cozy evenings, a dart board and a combination pool/ping-pong table for family fun. A fully stocked games cabinet with board games, puzzles and cards.

Sleeping arrangements: Three bedrooms - one king-sized, one queen, and one bunk bed room with two doubles and two singles. A sleeper sofa can give you added sleeping space.

Outdoor Adventures Await! Hatley Pointe, formerly known as Wolf Ridge Ski Resort, is a boutique mountain resort located just a couple miles away. This resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with 54 acres of skiable terrain suitable for all skill levels and a number of dining options. If hiking the Appalachian Trail is on your list, you are in luck! Sam's Gap, just 7 miles away, connects you to the iconic Sam's Gap to Big Bald hike. This moderately challenging trail offers stunning scenery and is perfect for hiking, birding, or backpacking. Dogs are welcome on the trail but must be leashed.

Mountain Travel Tips: Mountain weather can be unpredictable, especially during winter. We recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicles or tire chains for snowy conditions, stocking up on food, drinks and other essentials in case of inclement weather, and following local weather advisories to stay safe on the roads.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet-Friendly Home: We love hosting furry friends! With prior approval, well-behaved dogs are welcome. To ensure all of our guests (and their pets) have the best experience, please follow our pet guidelines: Dogs must be crated if left alone and kept off beds and furniture. . .towels and linens provided are not for pet use. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies (per dog, prior approval required for more than one dog).unapproved pets are subject to a $500 penalty, so please make arrangements with us in advance to avoid surprises.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
