The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and lounge, all oriented towards the north. From here, you can gaze out onto the front patio, across the expansive front yard, and further to the captivating Indian Ocean views. Spend leisurely hours on the outdoor patio, equipped with a BBQ, overlooking the lush green lawn. A fire pit adds a touch of warmth to cool evenings, provided fire restrictions are not in effect. The fully fenced and gated yard ensures your vehicle and boats stay with you within the property during your stay.
The master bedroom beckons with a luxurious king-size bed and a contemporary ensuite for your exclusive use. The second bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom features a roomy bunk bed arrangement. The main bathroom offers a separate bathtub and shower, complemented by a second toilet/powder room. Air cons in all Bedrooms and Living area
A modern and generously equipped kitchen awaits, with ample counter space, essential kitchenware, a large fridge/freezer, and a convenient dishwasher. Full Size oven & stove and a microwave. The adjacent laundry complete with a washing machine, adds to the convenience of your stay.
Strategically located, this fantastic home is just a short stroll from the popular Chinamans Beach and Blueholes, with easy access to local pubs and shops.
