Take note of the amazing, recycled dining table made from the original boundary fence - fully designed and constructed by the owner himself! A large backyard and lockable garage is perfect for bike storage and all your water sports equipment. To add to an ideal seaside holiday, the off-street parking, flat access, and fully fenced yard will not only allow your boat to be securely parked but also your favorite family member (Sorry kids but the canines always win) will have a safe large yard to run around in.
