Discover our family-friendly spacious and well-equipped Kaylyns Kottage while you explore the scenic Canadian Rockies! Our stunning two-level, two bedrooms, two-baths (2nd floor) unit offers over 1,100 sq. ft. of living space. Minutes from Canmore, which offers downtown shopping, dining, hiking and world class golfing. Location allows opportunities to explore Banff, Lake Louise and beyond. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views while benefiting from the tranquility of your own private retreat. This newly renovated two-level condo comfortably sleeps six people and is perfect for families, groups, or couples looking to relax, rejuvenate or seek outdoor fun in the Canadian Rocky Mountains! Your mountain ‘home away from home’ is waiting for you!

Upstairs features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV, fireplace, private patio, a Murphy cabinet (queen size bed) and in-suite laundry.

Common area: Patio equipped with BBQ's, tables, patio heaters and fire table. An oversized hot tub available (hours are posted). Heated underground parkade and a nearby convenience store.

KITCHEN
Enjoy the fully equipped and multifunctional, open-concept kitchen offering granite countertops, a spacious island, a coffee/tea bar and a luxurious dining area where you can create delicious home-cooked meals after a day of exploring the mountains. The kitchen offers an expansive island with seating for three to enjoy a delicious breakfast or buffet-style eating.

It features all the essential appliances to meet your needs, including:

There is a large common area with a TV and electric fireplace to get cozy, enjoy great conversation, and watch your favorite movies. The living area also features a murphy cabinet queen bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

We include free Wi-Fi and a smart TV which allows streaming services during your stay.

BEDROOMS
The condo has two large, private bedrooms with, plus a Murphy cabinet queen bed, ideal for large groups and families who want to explore all Canmore has to offer. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

All the beds are complimented by high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.

PRIVATE PATIO
You will have access to the private balcony that offers spectacular views of nature with outdoor furniture to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

SHARED RESORT AMENITIES
The property is equipped with BBQ's, tables, patio heaters, fire table, and an oversized hot tub (hours are posted). There is a game room and fitness room located on the parking level in the main building. Heated underground parking and a nearby convenience store.

LAUNDRY
If you have the need to do laundry, the condo has in-suite storage containing a stackable washer & dryer.

Kaylyn’s Kottage is in honour of our oldest daughter Kaylyn Elisa Medeiros who was taken from us after a brief illness (Takayasu's Arteritis Autoimmune Disease) at the age of 25 on June 20, 2023. She lived her life to the fullest, filled with family and friend. She spoiled her beloved pups - Pip and Gigi and cared for other furry friends that she fostered, and provided a second chance to. Her playful laugh, bright smile and sparkly eyes lit up any room she entered. She loved the mountains and took advantage of the hiking trails and downtown Canmore. The Copperstone resort is the last place we stayed and the hike to Grassy Lakes was one we enjoyed together. We are grateful for these memories made with Kaylyn and will forever be etched in our hearts. For this reason this place has become very special to our family and we wish the same for ALL of our guests.

Lovely and relaxing

We had an amazing time at the property. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet so it was a great end to a longer trip. We were able to drive to both Banff and Yoho National parks.

Perfect, clean, great location!

The condo was the perfect landing spot for our 10 day adventure. It was cozy, clean, and well stocked for a family of 4. It's just far enough outside of the craziness of Banff and Canmore to provide quiet seclusion, while also being close enough for a quick grocery run, or restaurant meal. There is so much to do within an hour or two, so many sites to see that we were easily able to stay busy for our entire trip. Great owner communication as well with several questions prior to our trip.

Absolutely beautiful place!

Thank you so much for letting My family call your place home for 3 nights. The condo was spotless and was so roomy. Location was just fine (i was concerned about being too far from Banff but its an easy drive). I would stay here again without hesitation. Banff and Jasper has been our best vacation ever!!
