LA FABULOSA



La Fabulosa sits within the Costa Verde community at Casa de Campo Resort, positioned directly on the southern oceanfront with the Caribbean Sea at the property's edge. The villa overlooks the 8th hole of Teeth of the Dog, the golf course ranked the #1 in the Caribbean by the World Golf Awards — 1 mile away by road. Designed as a dramatic tropical pavilion, the estate is entered through a grand colonnaded approach of tall white concrete columns, terracotta tile, and manicured garden beds, with the Caribbean Sea visible from the moment of arrival.



The great room is the architectural centrepiece of La Fabulosa — a vast open-plan living space with a high ceiling and exposed wood beams, its full-height dark-framed glass doors folding entirely open to the pool and the sea beyond. Multiple cream and grey upholstered sofas are arranged around a glass coffee table beneath a cluster chandelier, with large colourful abstract oil paintings anchoring each wall. The formal dining room seats twelve at a long solid dark wood table with a carved sculptural base, beneath a dramatic geometric coffered ceiling in dark wood with inset lighting. A separate lounge with curved champagne armchairs and an abstract mural wall, a games and media room with a full library wall and wall-mounted TV, and a professional chef's kitchen with a stainless steel commercial range, curved island with bar seating, and mosaic tile backsplash complete the interior.



Four bedrooms each express a distinct personality. The first has a low platform bed on a herringbone timber floor and glass doors that open directly to the pool and the Caribbean Sea — its en-suite is fully clad in floor-to-ceiling dark green marble with dark wood louvre doors. The second is a grand hotel-style room with a white upholstered headboard, red Persian rug, white settee, and a stone-finish en-suite with a double vanity and sunken bath. The third is an eclectic, boldly coloured room with a red wall panel, coloured wood shelving unit, sputnik chandelier, and vivid artwork. The fourth has a dark metal canopy bed with flowing white sheer drapes, an ornate carved dark wood chest at its foot, and blue and teal accents. With a housekeeper, chef, and butler included, every detail of each stay is attended to.



The outdoor spaces of La Fabulosa unfold in layers. The large rectangular pool faces the Caribbean Sea directly, framed by a row of tall royal palms and edged by sun loungers with white cushions. A circular sunken jacuzzi in a terracotta surround sits within the manicured garden, also looking out to sea. A thatched palapa cabana provides shaded poolside seating. The covered colonnade terrace — furnished with teak rocking chairs, lounge seating, and a wood coffee table — runs along the villa's facade with the pool and sea framed through every arch. A separate covered outdoor dining terrace with a round stone table and rattan chairs provides a distinct space for al fresco meals. A private gym with a treadmill, cross-trainer, and full dumbbell rack completes the estate's facilities.



From Costa Verde, Teeth of the Dog and The Links are 1 mile away, Minitas Beach Club 1.2 miles, the Racquet Center 1.9 miles, and the Shooting Center 2 miles. The Marina with its waterfront restaurants, boutiques, and yacht club is 3.1 miles, and the clifftop arts village of Altos de Chavón 4 miles further. RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. The fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This of course can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
