Memorial Day 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brooks and Shorey are as consistent as an experience you can get. Unit is clean and well appointed. Unit while over the Pool is not as loud as you would think. View is excellent as well of the Gulf. Took advantage of the free round of golf as well. Shalimar Point GC was great 18 holes. Ignore the negative reviews. Free range balls to start the day and staff was more than helpful. Great experience. We have visited PI 8-9 times over the years and this Unit is definitely one you could come back to and stay again.

Unit lacking of ATTENTION

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very dirty,no clocks anywhere. Coffee pot was broken,no bowls with lids for any kind of storage. No extra linens for the sofa sleeper ,the ice maker in fridge wasn't working properly. Overall this unit was lacking and would not recommend or rent this unit really needs some attention to details on the makings of the perfect vacation rental.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
Overall experience was great. I would of gave 5 stars if the mold around the bottom portion of the shower was cleaned and removed. Also the plates in the cabinets all had to be rewashed due to food crumbs still on them. The furniture could be updated a bit to include the water damaged end and coffee tables. It appears the owner has too much trust in the housekeeping agency and needs to show up every so often to verify everything is being cleaned and replaced when needed. The positive:Location couldn't be better. It’s on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island. The parking lot and garage is perfect.Communication with the host was great. View for only being on the First floor was great.Outside balcony chairs are tall and comfortable where you can see the beach. All the kitchen appliances were nice to include new fridge with ice maker.Size of the unit is perfect for 6We would come back!
