We understand that having laundry on-site would be convenient, but due to septic limitations we're unable to offer that amenity, and we do include nearby laundromat options in our guest guidebook to help with that. The house was roomy and well-maintained. The location was private and serene. We chose the home because it was between the 2 locations we visited and an easy drive to the Field of Dreams movie site.

A hidden gem!

This place is beautiful! We all said we could live here! It’s clean, it’s well equipped, it’s safe, it’s quiet, there’s lots of room for everyone! HIGHLY recommend!! Perfect place for a family!

Great home

We were in town for drag racing and really enjoyed the quiet, tranquility of this property. There was plenty of room for six of us to stay in. Loved the booklet of places to visit around the home and the history! Will definitely book again if we are in the area!!

Fantastic Rural Home Experience!

We loved this home for our vacation stay and didn’t want to leave it, honestly. These hosts have a gem, and stock it with everything anyone could need - especially in the kitchen. The porch and firepit were lovely family time for us. We stayed to be close to Backbone Park and the white water rafting in Manchester. Really lovely, and we will stay again!

Perfect farm setting

From being able to read on the history of the farm. It was the perfect place for us to stay with my kids and mother as we got ready for my daughter’s wedding. Enough room to be able to sit relax visit with family and truely feel home! Seeing nature out in the yard. They were very quick to answer questions working with us abc all! 10 out of 10 worth the stay! We will for sure book again!!

Great Location for Family Reunion

This beautiful farm and state-of-the-art farmhouse were perfect for our small family gathering. Six of us stayed comfortably in the house with areas to sit including the living room, large kitchen, covered porch and fire-pit area. The WiFi worked great for all of us while on our various devices and we felt very safe in the rural setting knowing the property had exterior cameras. And it was the perfect location to travel from to visit additional family and friends in the Delaware / Clayton counties area. We highly recommend this lovely home. Ann R ~ New Jersey
