Our stay was great. The home was beautiful, exactly like the photos. It smelled pleasant & was well cleaned. Beds were comfy & location was awesome. Very local to everything which was perfect. The resort area is literally up the street, which is convenient if you want a change of scenery although the pool at the house would do you just fine. The host was easily acessible if needed & checked in via email to see if we needed anything which was nice. We have every intention on making this our vacation home moving forward. 10/10

My family was beyond comfortable at this home. Everything was clean. And a good amount of privacy between rooms. We look forward to staying at this location again.

Nice place, great location

The bad: They gave cheap scratchy towels, the carpet is so thin that you step on carpet tacks, shower handle and towel hook broken in upstairs bath, there were ants upstairs, not enough TP or paper towels for a week. The Good: Nice clean new place, good location, about 20-25 min drive to the Disney parks. Liked having the pool for the end of the day.

The home itself is big, nice and clean. My kids loved the pool. However, we didn’t get enough washcloths for the number of guests I booked, there “starter kit” doesn’t even give enough toilet paper for one roll per bathroom, and we had nothing but trouble with the A/c. Over half of our stay the temps were 75-77 degrees inside! The guy came twice to “fix it” but acted like it wasn’t messed up. We had to spend half the nights there uncomfortable and sweating. The guy responded well but I wouldn’t say he was very good at addressing the issues.

The house was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft.The kids loved having the pool to play in. Plus there was a bigger pool with a lazy river at the clubhouse. My complaint was that there were virtually no pots and pans to cook with. Plus there was just enough things like toilet paper and paper towels. We definitely had to conserve. But if you don't want to cook, and are fine monitoring your use of supplies, it's great! The kids will love it!

Very clean and spacious place, great for a large family. Host was responsive and the location is great and centrally located. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Gated access was easy and gate attendants were very friendly.
