HOUSE RULES
Welcome to Diamond Shores, we sincerely hope you have a pleasant stay. No one likes rules, but we have a few that we politely ask you to follow for the duration of your stay and upon checkout;
- Please no parties at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or an additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and try your best to leave it in the same state it was found.
- Strictly No smoking inside.
- No Pets allowed inside.
- Children need to be supervised at all times.
- Please clean fish at the boat ramp or fish cleaning station outside.
- Please double-bag fish scraps before placing in bin.
- Please do not cook crabs inside the home can use the BBQ instead. (It smells for days)
GENERAL RUBBISH: 2 x Red Bins
Please put all general rubbish into the correctly labelled bins.
Please try and keep rubbish to a minimum as we’re on a limited pickup schedule.
RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.
Upon Checkout:
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- If the BBQ has been used, please thoroughly clean it as a courtesy for the next guests.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Please close all windows and lock all doors.
- Turn off the Air-conditioner and lights.
- Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.
- Notify host of your departure.
