A dog under 80 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

When requesting to book you are agreeing to fill out the guest portal questions you will receive from our 3rd party partner, Autohost via Email. This will require you to provide an occupancy and ages of all guests staying, uploading your ID/Driver's License, upload a selfie, and agree to our terms and conditions. Refusal to complete this required step, will result in cancellation of your reservation.

Condo includes FREE beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) for the 2024 rental season which will end on October 31, 2024.

Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.
