The Space:
Enter the apartment into a tiled kitchen with a good-sized Westinghouse fridge/freezer, a 4-burner electric cooktop, under-bench oven, single sink, pantry and coffee maker. The kitchen flows through to the combined living/sleeping space with stylish floorboards throughout, offering a 2-seater sofa, wall-mounted smart TV, a table for 2 people (with sections that fold down to maximise the space), a double bed, mirrored wardrobe and rug. A portable aircon unit will keep the apartment cool in summer while a heater
will warm it in the colder months. The wall of windows overlooking Oxford Street have both block-out blinds for sleep-ins, as well as sheer blinds which can be closed for privacy while still letting in light. (Note the windows open quite low and wide making it a potential hazard for small children.) A communal rooftop entertaining space with seating showcases breathtaking panoramic views of Sydney.
