Esta nueva casa está ubicada en un vecindario de playa más antiguo y tranquilo, lejos de las carreteras principales y el tráfico. La entrada a la playa está a la vuelta de la esquina de la casa (a unos 600 pies) y es una de las playas de surf más populares de la zona. La casa cuenta con mucho espacio de reunión y privacidad con una vista parcial del océano azul desde el dormitorio principal y la playa de arena por millas.

La casa cuenta con 10 habitaciones.
además de una sala multimedia privada y 8 baños con agua caliente continua para que nunca se quede sin agua caliente. Las 13 reinas / reyes cuentan con nuevos colchones europeos de lujo con almohadas y ropa de cama de lujo. No hay literas ni sofás cama en el hogar, lo que lo hace perfecto tanto para reuniones como para huéspedes corporativos. Ningún paso hacia el nivel principal lo hace perfecto para aquellos con problemas de movilidad también.

El nivel principal cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 4 baños, sala de reunión, gran cocina, comedor, lavandería, spa climatizado y bañera de hidromasaje, lo que permite a los huéspedes con problemas de movilidad participar activamente con el resto del grupo y retirarse fácilmente a su habitación solo unos pocos. pies de distancia cuando lo desee.

Traiga sus granos de café favoritos y disfrute de nuestra barra de espresso con más de 20 jarabes, salsas de chocolate y caramelo y más. Hay 2 mesas plegables para cenas, juegos y rompecabezas adicionales.

Arriba, cuenta con una sala de billar abierta y una pequeña sala multimedia que cuenta con 2 sofás de cuero para teatro, 4 sillones y un televisor de 50 pulgadas para que los adultos puedan escapar o entretener a los niños durante horas con juegos y películas.
Hay 6 habitaciones que tienen baños privados. El principal cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje con chimenea transparente y vistas al océano. Cada habitación cuenta con una cama queen o king, TV de pantalla plana y canales por cable. Algunas habitaciones tienen 2 reinas.

All the above. We were so very grateful to have this property made available to us. It was perfect for our family gathering. Two ovens, two microwaves, two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a table that sat our group of 17 comfortably for meals and games.There were enough chairs to seat up to 22 if needed. We were particularly impressed with how quiet it was. There was no noise to be heard from adjoining bedrooms etc. the hot tub and swim pool were a welcome bonus. There was way more than enough cookware needed and lots of utensils, bowls, plates, cups, and glasses and silverware. However, we were a bit surprised there wasn’t a set of Pyrex bakeware. Fortunately, the market down the street had some aluminum pans we were able to purchase for baking. We appreciated Danny and the exemplary hospitality he provided considering we were a last minute booking. The appearance and cleanliness was exemplary. It was also nice to be able to speak directly to the owner, Joe. Although we missed having an ocean view, access to the beach is a very short walk to a path leading to the beach.

Perfect for a Family Reunion

This home is well set up, has a well stocked kitchen. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, spices. Very clean. So many bathrooms! The swim spa was a huge hit. Short walk to the beach. Loved the huge table - small groups played board games or did art projects. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) Thank you.

Lots of beds, the spa and pool were a real drawing factor, the pool table needs to be in a larger area, we have a lot of tall pool players, the fully stocked kitchen was a real plus.

Lots of room close to beach

Enjoyed having lots of sleeping space. The kitchen set up was tight but the trade off was we could all sit and eat together. Kitchen was well stocked except a few key elements: salt, anything to juice a lime with, the blender jar. Easy walk to a great beach.

An excellent place for family gathering

We enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodations met our needs very well. There were no problems with the kitchen, bathrooms, and other facilities. The supervisor at Together Resorts called me the week prior to our visit to answer questions which was very helpful. We did not have a need to call the local property manager during our stay. We would be happy to come back again.

Very nice home, especially for our large group

Very good home for a large group. Lots of good beds and bathrooms. Our only problem was the housekeepers thought we were a day too early. The swim spa is less than pristine. Contact with the mangers was nearly impossible.

The pool was half full, one of the freezer doors would not open, the rooms were smaller than the pictures indicated, there was only dishwasher soap for five loads, there was no soap for the showers, the online description said you had to bring your own propane which seemed ridiculous. Compared to the houses we have rented over the last few years this was somewhat over priced for what you got (no view, some tiny bedrooms).

Reviewer Comments: First of all the house was dirty, ant problem, very few pool towels, grill needs updated completely burnt out, garbage in the back yard, swim pool wasn't working, hot tub quit working, freezer door was frozen shut, and maintenance was absolutely no help.

When we had a problem with a door, Joe had someone there the next day and took care of it. This place was perfect for the number of people we had, everyone had a bed, most had their own bathroom. The kitchen table brought everyone together for meals so I loved that. The spa pool was the best for kids and adults, had a fire in the pit one night and room to play cornhole. Walk to the beach was easy and not far at all, fires on the beach and kids had a blast and the ladies laughed ourselves silly watching teens and the old guys play football on the beach. I'd stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to a foot of standing water under the house, the duct work sagged and caused us not to have heat upstairs. There were no blankets in the house. With only thin bedspreads and a sheet on the beds, we were freezing. The contact person wasn't located in Oregon. So, there was no one locally who could bring in space heaters. Due to the breaker being tripped, the swim spa was cold and we didn't get to use it. There was a bare minimum of towels and toilet paper.

Great for large groups

We rented both houses to accommodate 40 people for a friend's 50th birthday party. The layout of the houses are great for large groups; tons of bedrooms and a bathroom in nearly every room, so very comfortable. The kitchens were well-stocked and the hot tubs were fantastic. Proximity to the beach was great! My only criticism was the parking situation, and a few things in the homes weren't working properly (one microwave wasn't working, not all burners on the gas stove were working, one of the ovens wouldn't light, and the smoke alarms in both homes went off every time we cooked (yet there was no smoke). The biggest issue was parking. The houses accommodate 40 people, but there is only enough parking for 10 cars (five at each house, and is strictly enforced). We had people coming from all over (various states), so we had a lot of cars. I don't feel like the parking policy is fair for the size and capacity of the homes, and especially for the amount of money paid for these properties. Street parking was strictly prohibited and there were no good alternative options. This was a continual issue for our large group. Again, when a house accommodates 40 people, they should provide adequate parking. Overall, we had a great experience and I can only imagine trying to manage such large homes with so many guests, so the few things that didn't work weren't a huge issue. I would recommend these houses for large groups, but hopefully they can figure out good alternative parking.

Amenities were non functioning or broken.

Late check-in and early check out. We paid for pet and cleaning deposit. When we arrived we found a literal laundry list of items to be cleaned before 10:00 a.m. check out. Water heater kept alarming when it went off line 4-6 times a day and night. Jetted tub did not work. Smoke alarms were beeping constantly upon arrival. T.V.'s in several rooms did not work. Barbecue had no propane and had to purchased. Very little toilet paper and no soap or shampoo. No paper towels or trash bags. All had to be purchased. Property was 2 blocks from the beach and had no view. The neighborhood was very shabby and unkept. We paid far to much for this property. We should receive a partial refund on the cleaning deposit, pet deposit for all the cleaning we did. We should also be refunded for the first and last days due to late check-in and early check out. At an average of $?,???.00 a day, this property with all it's problems and location combined with laundry list of cleaning prior to departure, I would warn anyone who wants to rent this property. I believe I should receive a refund of $?,???.?? which is 2 days rent. Buyer beware.

Huge house but dirty and neglected

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of three families with a total of 13 people stay in this house in July. It is about a block’s walk off the beach and is easy to access US 101. There were a lot of positives with the house as it has many bedrooms and bathrooms. However, we found the house was not cleaned very well. There were Cheerios and goldfish from the previous renters underneath the rug and couch. Hairs all over the bathroom. The carpet in the bedrooms was not very clean and had stains in many of the bedrooms. And one of the dishwashers was an ill repair, falling out of the cupboard. The deck had not been power, washed, or cleaned and several months And several of the lights didn’t even have knobs to turn on and off. The air conditioning did not work, and there were no ceiling fans to move the air around as we had to open the windows. Overall, this house was great for a big group of people and was a Central location to go and explore. The owners need to spend some time and money on doing a deep, clean and hiring a better cleaning crew.

Reviewer Comments: Good pnts: rooms were clean, 10 bedrms, 7 bath is good for family reunions, hot tub, lap poolBad pnts: Poor property management and threatening owner. Only 5 vehicles allowed onsite parking for 22 people. Welcome package clearly states additional offsite parking available and directs you to local grocery store, even called the office before leaving to confirm BUT OFFSITE PARKING DIDN’T EXIST!Full story: We stayed during the week of the solar eclipse, I drove my 27’ motorhome to reduce the number of cars (had 8 in the RV). About 3PM Saturday received call from the property mgr that we had to move it or have it towed. No problem, we’ll take the RV to the offsite lot. WRONG. After parking at the gravel lot went to verify with store mgr that this was OK. NOPE, no agreement exists and if we left it there, it would be towed. I even offered to pay for parking. Called the property mgr, he said it was allowed before but obviously they had NO written agreement but he said he talked to the local State Park and they were taking overflow parking (remember eclipse weekend). Drove to the State Park where the rangers politely smiled and said no way someone talked to them because they weren’t allowing parking. So the property manager LIED then didn’t answer calls. Later the owner called and said we need to move the RV NOW and questioned why we would drive a motorhome to stay at his rental and we were going to make him lose his license, not even sure where that came from as Lincoln County has no such rule. We didn’t want our RV towed so we had to leave. Not once did he offer help.We contacted the owner upon our return home and reviewed the contract again which says nothing about what type of vehicles allowed to park. We also checked with Lincoln County and there is no such regulation, I just don’t think he understands the rules and we paid the price for it. Very disappointing, basically his threats to tow ruined our weekend for NO REASON! HE HAS CHOSEN NOT TO RES

Terrible management, nice property

We had a terrible experience with this VRBO. This unit advertises a place for 22 people and 10 bedrooms. 10 bedrooms with only 5 parking spaces. Reading through the contract and the site it states there is parking for 5 vehicles and additional vehicles may park at a location about 1 mile away. Our family drove an RV there which fit easily in the parking space plus 7 other cars. We were ready to move 3 cars to the offsite lot. We were called about 5PM on Saturday and told if we didn't move our RV and extra cars to the Thriftway lot they directed us to immediately, we would be towed. So we moved our cars and RV immediately to the Thriftway gravel lot. Before leaving the Thriftway we verified with the store that we could park there and the store manager said NO, if we parked there we would be towed. Obviously the property owner did not have any written agreement with the store to advertise there was off-site parking. We contacted the property manager who directed us to the state park and said he had talked to the security at the state park and said they would be taking overflow parking (eclipse weekend). When we arrived at the state park, the rangers there politely smiled and said they haven’t talked to anyone and said we could not park there, only campers with reservations. This was an obvious lie from the property manager. So the family spent the next three hours trying to find safe RV parking, the offer from a local RV camping lot was $350 a night for just parking, we were not staying in it. The property manager and owner said it was not up to them to help with the parking issue even though their information states they had additional parking available. This is false advertising, we knew we would have more than 5 cars but if they truly had off-site parking, everything would have been OK. We drove the RV to reduce the number of cars, never planned on sleeping in it and the owner said the contract specifically says no RV’s. WRONG. Nothing in the contract refers to RV’s, besides the RV (27’) fit in the gravel parking area no problem. The RV family had to leave along with the other 2 cars as there was no where to park on the eclipse weekend. The family members who stayed said the swim spa didn't work and they called the property manager who said he would check it out and never did. Also the floors were extremely DIRTY, bad enough to make white socks BROWN....ick. We have only had positive experiences with VRBO, this organization seems v

All was well except ...

The location, parking, size of the house (the enormous table was incredible!), responsive host, and amenities were all really nice.What was not nice was:- The stove/oven did not work for the entire duration of our stay. We could use a lighter to start a burner but the oven had no such option.- The knobs that turn on the gas for the stove activate with the slightest touch. They were always getting accidentally turned on and we would need to air out the kitchen frequently due to the smell of natural gas.- One of the two freezers wouldn't open, rendering it unavailable.- Two of the three bathroom vents upstairs did not work. #humid- The hot tub control panel wigs out and won't allow any adjustments or use of the jets. It tripped the breaker twice while being used.We had a party of 18 and paid a significant amount for our stay. This much disrepair was surprising. Lastly, our large group has stayed at other properties in the past, and this one has by far the most checkout requirements.All that being said, if the house was in complete working order we would stay there again.

Vacation Home for Large Groups & Stormy Weather

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedrooms and Bathrooms Galore! Do you like to sleep late or take walks on the beach? Do you enjoy late night games or TV marathons? The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and appliances. This is perfect. The massive table leaves room on one end for food/drink while playing games on the opposing end. If you don't like games you can watch TV or videos in the great room, in a bedroom or playroom upstairs. There are four lower-level bed/bathrooms for young children or those who cannot manage stairs. It stormed all week-end so we enjoyed the space, warmth, food, games, TV, laughing, stories and friendship!

We appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was, and the incredible family sized island. Cooking was a dream in this kitchen. The only thing that detracted from this rental was its lack of a view. It was centrally located for day trips to both Lincoln City and Newport.

Nice house but the fees are not worth it!

We had a large group of family stay at the house for a long weekend. The first thing we noticed was that the A/C was not able to cool the house, even on days where the temps were in the 60’s. It made it hard to sleep at night, especially for those upstairs. The rooms were tiny, though it was nice that many had bathrooms attached. We opened the swim spa and hot tub and saw a lot of sand in the bottom, as well as stuff floating!in them. The cost for the spa/hot tub cleaning was insanely high. I emailed them about this issue while we were there, and they asked if I called someone. When I said no, they didn’t respond further. They didn’t refund any of the cleaning fees, or even apologize for it. The beach access is close however it is a tough walk down the slope and rocks for those with mobility issues. All in all, it worked for us, but the high fees for the property and the lack of cleanliness made it not worth it. There are other big properties with better locations and lower fees.
