Of course you need a big family or a bunch of friends to fill the place out but no matter how many you have the apartment is very spacious and there are bathrooms aplenty so it never feels crowded. Although it's right on the Boulevard Saint Germain, the apartment is remarkably well sealed so very quiet.


The building touches in the back the Hotel La Louisiana, Rue de la Seine, where Dali rented a room year-round, but also where Jean Paul Sartre installed Juliette Gréco who will meet Miles Davis there.

Hemingway, Henry Miller, Jim Morrison, and Quentin Tarantino also lived here.

In the surrounding area are the terraces of the cafes, good restaurant tables and the dance, jazz, rock, techno or disco of cozy clubs, in the famous "cellars" with millennial stone arches in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
