***Construction Notice:



Please be advised that the property is undergoing a building-wide renovation project. Contractor mobilization began August 17, 2026, with mock-up/test unit construction taking place August 17–28, 2026. Full construction is scheduled to begin September 8, 2026, with anticipated completion by May 14, 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction-related noise, including drilling and grinding, as well as dust and vibration during construction hours. Construction will primarily take place Monday through Friday from 7 AM- 5 PM, with occasional weekend work if needed. Certain common areas may also experience temporary restrictions or closures as construction progresses. The property's pool and splash pad may have temporary closures during the winter months. We have scheduled our unit closures around required balcony construction to avoid having guests stay in the unit when the balcony is required to be closed. However, construction activity elsewhere in the building may still be visible or audible during your stay.***

• Access to the Gulf-front balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, with three additional barstools at the counter.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom features two queen-size beds.



• The third bedroom features two twin-size beds.
