Welcome to 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧! A cozy getaway for couples or small family/friend groups in Muskoka. Wake up to swaying treetops, make gourmet meals, stargaze & relax by the fire.

Nestled on Golf Course Road, Huntsville Haven guests can enjoy all that Muskoka has to offer. The town of Huntsville's many amenities make for stunning views and access to endless activities, all year round with the combination of Lake Vernon, Fairy Lake and Peninsula Lake, multiple golf courses, and Provincial Parks. Guests can also enjoy the off-road trails right from the property, available for both summer ATV, dirt bike or winter snowmobile adventures.

Whether on holiday or working remotely, high-speed internet will keep you connected, while the surroundings keep you as entertained & disconnected, as you need. Our cozy home was designed with ease and comfort in mind.
◈ The kitchen is fully equipped to include cooking and eating utensils, a toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, chef's knives, kettle, and blender.
◈ Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for guests. Please bring your own beach towels!
◈ The temperature is regulated by guests using a smart Nest thermostat.
◈ Bedrooms have sloped ceilings and treetop views.
◈ The bathroom is newly updated and supplied with a rainfall shower.
◈ Wi-Fi is strong and as fast as Toronto speeds.
◈ A widescreen smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. books and board games are available for guest use.

◈ Large driveway for guest parking needs (e.g., snowmobile trailers).
◈ Deck with a Napoleon BBQ and Muskoka chairs (year-round), overlooking the forest.
◈ Backyard with firepit. Guests may use brush from the forest or bring your own firewood.
◈ Bring your skates & skis! Winter skating/skiing in Arrowhead Provincial Park is a must upon visiting.

◈ Hidden Valley Highlands for skiing, snowboarding and terrain park.
◈ Deerhurst Highlands Golf Course, Huntsville Downs Golf & C.C., etc.
◈ Deerhurst Resort for spa services and restaurants.
◈ Hidden Valley Resort and Birches Restaurant. For a small fee, you can access their facilities like the pool, hot tub and tennis court (pending availability/inquire at resort).
◈ Treetop Trekking
◈ Town of Huntsville for everything you could need, from supplies to waterfront patios, restaurants, touring, Kawartha Dairy ice cream and local shops.
◈ Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve, has free access, all year round. Hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails.
◈ Arrowhead Provincial Park, year-round access. Hiking, swimming, canoeing, fishing and mountain biking. In the winter, try snowshoeing, tubing, 33 km of trails for cross country skiing or the 1.3 km ice skating path, through the forest.
◈ North Ridge Ranch, if you ever wanted to try dog sledding!

Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the basement and storage sheds in the front of the house and backyard.

⤜Other things to note
◈ There is a maximum, 4-person occupancy. All guests must be disclosed while booking on the Airbnb app.
◈ No unauthorized guests, events, photo sessions or shoots permitted without prior consent. I am open to various possibilities, but they need to be discussed in advance.
◈ Furry companions are welcome only with prior permission. There is an associated pet fee.
◈ Surcharges may be applied for non-compliance with any of the above.
