In addition to a lovely balcony off the lounge room with ocean views, the unique feature of this unit is that you have access to a large exclusive rooftop area overlooking the amphitheatre, Kings Beach and the Pacific Ocean. It is equipped with outdoor seating for you to enjoy the sun all year round - and a prime position for the Caloundra Music Festival!

The complex provides a swimming pool, a shared BBQ area, sauna and games room. Close by you will find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ areas, children s playground, an interactive water feature, life guard patrolled Kings Beach, Surf Club, Tavern, cafes, free council beachfront salt water pool, bus stop and convenience store are all within a 3 - 5 minute walk from the unit. You are also a two minute drive to Moffat Beach.
The unit is located on the third level in a secure complex that does not have a lift.
Leave the car in the single lock up garage and enjoy the scenic walk along the Coastal walkway that stretches right around Caloundra. With great views, a/c, WiFi, private rooftop, all linen, board games and a selection of books provided, all you have to do is open the front door to your relaxing beach holiday.

The building, unit and rooftop are non-smoking. Children must be accompanied at all times on the rooftop. There is no lift in the building.
