Este hermoso condominio está en el tercer piso del edificio del Sur y está frente al mar directo. Está bellamente decorado con suelos de madera. Tiene una cocina muy bien equipada con una cafetera Keurig. Las habitaciones están bien decoradas. Los baños se han actualizado también. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, una cama queen en el dormitorio de invitados, y el tercer dormitorio más pequeño tiene dos camas individuales. Disfrute de la enorme piscina al aire libre frente al mar, bañera de hidromasaje y piscina para ni����os, piscina cubierta, sauna, canchas de tenis y club de salud.

Family get away

We had a great week at the beach with our son and his family. It was wonderful to be steps away from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. We’d definitely come back again.

Absolutely could not beat the view from this ocean front condo. The condo was clean on arrival and we didn’t have any issues throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t have any issues with noisy neighbors. The walk to the beach is certainly manageable and we loved the availability of chairs at the pool throughout the day. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots/ pans. We would definitely recommend this condo to others!

It was to bad the outside pool is under construction for the entire months of Jan and feb as they have only worked on it a few hours a day like 3 maybe 4 days a week.

Great Vacation Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo is great - close enough to St. Augustine but far enough for the beach to be quiet. The view from the condo is wonderful and we enjoyed many mornings and evening on it. The kitchen is well stocked, master bed comfortable, and the living area homey.The condo is starting to show its age though. While the condo was clean, the tile in the bathrooms could use a deep clean. The elastic on the sheets were stretched and the fitted sheet kept popping off. The binds in the living room don’t close completely which was a concern given the warning about light and the turtles. Overall, minor items but they should be corrected. I would stay here again.

Have have replaced the sheets and we deep clean the condos after the busy summer season, so that deep clean is on the schedule. The maintenance team addressed the blinds. First Time trip to St Augustine

Highly recommend Aunt kate's restaurant, the Black Raven Pirate tour for kids 10 and under.The kitchen was extremely small and not updated. They could use an upgrade to pots, pans and glasses. TVs in rooms were extremely small. Beds weren't terrible but not great either. Need to offer streaming in the den, its 2022.

Gated community

Ocean sunrise balcony is perfect. Short walk to the beach. The kitchen has upgraded cookware. It would be great if a small bottle of dish detergent and paper towels be supplied. They stock with ONE ply toilet paper. Not very good products for 168 $ a night plus all the fees. Only seen a couple of wave boards. It doesn’t not have any other beach items- chairs, umbrella or beach towels. Like someone else mentioned the king bed isn’t the best it is very firm and hurts pressure points if your a side sleeper. Bring you firm/fluffy pillows. All the pillows needs replaced they are very flat. It has a great AC UNIT, the areas feels safe and you get 2 parking passes.

Reviewer Comments: Wife and I double booked by mistake and you didn’t even noticed until we didn’t check out after our week in another condo was over. That will be the cheapest cleaning fee you’ll ever have to pay-1302 was never used the entire week. We’ll never make that mistake again-promise!!

This was our second year renting at Colony Reef and Butler Beach. The beach is incredible. It goes on as far as the eye can see with white sand and surf. This year the pool was open which was a plus. Residents are friendly and helpful and we made many new friends. Great winter getaway.

Biggest disappointment was being separated from family since our original condo was sold. Got to see other condos that were much more modernized. Too much clutter everywhere...tattered rugs. Dishes were dirty. Needs a deep cleaning and updating which we read is planned for later this year. Kids in hot tub and picnics on pool deck which was supposed to be against the rules. We had no contact with front office except to check in and out. We would rent again after renovations.

A Relaxing Beach Vacation

The furniture is getting a bit worn and the refrigerator made a tremendous racket periodically. There was no hair dryer in the unit, but management quickly provided a replacement dryer. Even with these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
