Ocean front with a spacious balcony. Unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Communication with the property manager was seamless. Quick and clear responses. Second year in a row we stayed in the same unit and it didn’t disappoint.

Building was clean and well cared for. Unit was spacious and clean. Large balcony was a big plus. Kitchen and bathroom had nice granite countertops.

Girls trip!

Condo was just as advertised, fridge quit working our 2nd day but maintenance came right away and got it back up & running! Living room furniture and decor was a little outdated but in reality it suited our needs! Great little condo, we would stay again!

It is a very nice place and great location. The only problem with our stay was that the bedroom TV didn’t work and the kids didn’t like that at all.

Close Enough to the Action, Just Far Enough to Escape

We had an amazing time at this Myrtle Beach getaway! The location is perfect—close to all the fun but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved the nearby little bars and shops for a drink or quick bite. One of the highlights was spotting dolphins right from the balcony!The property itself has everything you could want: a pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, and even a small gym. Connecting with the property manager was a breeze, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Already hoping to book again soon!

Great location, awful building

It was great being on the beach! The property management was fantastic. The condo itself was not so great. While it had new floors and newly painted walls, the furniture was worn. The bed sheets felt like you were sleeping on sandpaper. The fridge didn't work and it smelled like rotten milk inside. Maintenance was called twice but never showed up. The building walls are super thin, our bedroom wall literally shook every time a door was shut near our room. We were woken up multiple times every night by loud people in the halls and doors slamming. While the view was amazing, I will not be coming back to this condo and don't recommend it to anyone.

We have looked through phone records, emails, and text messages and do not see where you reached out and reported any issues with the refrigerator or sheets. We do see where you sent a text asking for a late check out which were happy to give. The furniture is worn. The beds are comfortable. The pullout bed is broken, and the mattress is so thin & unusable. We were only give 4 pillows for 6 ppl. The ad show 8 pillows for the two beds. No bedding was provided for the pullout. There were huge white stains on the blanket for the pullout. There were only four dinner plates. I called immediately and was brought sheets, no pillows, no plates. We had 4 pillows for 6 ppl and no blanket. When I pulled the sleeper bed out, there was tons of trash under. There was phone chargers, popcorn, Doritos, broken coat hangers, chip wrappers and dirt. In the corner was a big broken off doll hand.The sliding door was impossible to open, must have been off track. although they sent a maintenance man to fix the locks, they do open and close all the way now, but they still don’t actually attach the lock the door. So the unit is not locked at night. There was an iron plugged in and turned on the bedroom floor. When I mentioned this, they told me that I’m a liar. They said that they had an inspector go into the room to check it after the cleaners and there’s no way the iron could have been left there. But the inspector didn’t notice missing pillows, no bedding, completely trashed livingroom floor and no plates! I would not recommend this unit or anything this “luxury rental” company maintains. Although they did get pillows and blankets the NEXT DAY, they refused compensation for the night two of our guests slept without pillows & blanket

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my stay at Bayview on the Boardwalk. The room was really nice had everything we needed the location was awesome and the very was oh so relaxing. Great for a family vacation or a couple's vacation. I definitely will stay there again.
