We enjoyed our stay in this cute 1-bedrooom unit in siesta key. It was the furthest unit from the private beach… probably a 5-minute walk, so although part of a beachfront complex the unit itself was definitely not beachfront. That said, though, it was peaceful and well stocked on kitchen, bath, and beach supplies.

The host was beyond belief amazing. Very responsive and very nice. The house was extremely clean. I had so many things for us to use for the kids at the beach. By far, one of my favorite place to stay and be in Siesta Keys!

The condo is beautiful! It smelled great when you walked in, like a brand new space. The pool was very warm and very clean and just steps from the door. It was perfect for my girls! The beach was beautiful and quiet. Close to town, restaurants, shops. No complaints at all!

Everything was amazing! This is the second time staying at Jamaica Royale, I grew up on the Key in the 80’s and 90’s. We didn’t get there until very late Sunday/Monday, so I went ahead and paid for checking in Sunday, at 3:00pm, but didn’t get there until after 12am Monday morning. I did send a message asking for a later check out on Sunday, due to our flight not leaving until leaving until later, but didn’t get a response. That being said the villa was very nice but the farthest from the beach. The only recommendations I would have is to provide a couple little lotion bottles and better quality hand soap in the welcome packets. The bars of soap break the first time using them and they don’t suds up at all. But overall great experience with everything and the villa had everything we needed from beach towels to boogie boards, sunscreen, beach toys, laundry baskets, plenty of towels, etc! Thank you for such a great stay!

Several lights didn't work. Unit only has partial power. Codes dint work for Gaye or door. Management didn't respond until following day. Luckily housekeeping let us in that were cleaning unit next door.

Nice place to stay.

This unit is nicely equipped. The listing doesn't include the fact that there are sand toys and a body board in the closet, plus a beach chair and beach towels, if you don't have the space to bring your own. The half-bath isn't really the best in terms of set-up, but it was nice to have. The beds were not the most comfortable, but sufficient for our stay. The three pools in the complex and the barbecue grills were great, and my kids made use of the shuffleboard every day. This unit is the farthest away from the beach and closest to the road, so it is a pretty long walk for little ones, but the beach is beautiful and the complex has beach lounge chairs and cabanas for your use. It's a short walk up the beach to the Siesta Key public beach, and just across the road from the free trolley stop to downtown Siesta Key. The road is busy, so do be careful! The kitchen and outdoor patio were very nice.

We have stayed at Jamaica royale twice and I don’t know that we will ever stay anywhere else in Sarasota! We are always satisfied. Quiet, close to the beach, pools are clean, the house was beautiful! There was quite a bit of construction still going on, so the outside was an eye sore but it was hard to complain given the devastation they went through.
