Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key, Crescent Beach!Nuevas mejoras en el 2014! Televisor de 60 "y centro de entretenimiento (netflix reaady), unidad de aire acondicionado nueva, lavavajillas nuevo y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones. Profesionalmente decorado en octubre de 2011. Este amplio 2 dormitorios, 2 unidad de baño es de aproximadamente 1.000 sq. Ft. Cuenta con una amplia zona de estar, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, todos los electrodomésticos, terraza seleccionados, parking cubierto, calefacción / aire acondicionado central, conexión wi-fi, televisión de plasma. La unidad cuenta con una cama king size, 2 dobles, sofá-cama. Nuevo aparato de aire acondicionado, lavavajillas, centro de entretenimiento con televisión de pantalla grande. Se encuentra cerca de la piscina y se encuentra a poca distancia de las hermosas aguas azules del Golfo de México. Todas las habitaciones recientemente pintadas y sistema de aire y las rejillas de limpiarse. Este complejo bien cuidado tiene 2 cabañas de playa, sillas de playa, una gran piscina climatizada, sala de juegos y un patio frente a la playa escénica, donde disfrutará de las puestas de sol más impresionantes. Hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, golf, pesca, tenis, canotaje, parapente y galerías de la zona. Bush Gardens, Adventure Island y Disney son una distancia corta. Amazing villa, with a great location...only challenge was wi-fi didn't work the entire time we were there. Spoke with property management and they were supposed to send someone to fix - but it never worked. Otherwise --- great location, great amenities, beautiful villa!

From checking in to leaving was very easy. This place was large and had everything we needed. It was clean and near several places we enjoyed going. The beach did have a large waterfront with chairs for first come first serve use and tents that were available to rent. Parking was easy and the space was covered.

Perfect stay

Villa not up to resort standards

Lanai table and chairs are Amish wood-every other villa has appropriate furnishings.Love the resort location and beach. Property is well maintained. Management helpful and courteous

Nice Villa in a Great Community

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent visit in May/June 2024 was the second time we've stayed in V39. They've recently remodeled both bathrooms and updated flooring throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms. It's very nice overall and close to the pool. Being in a tropical environment, certain pests are expected. We saw a cockroach at one point and it appeared that there was termite feces in the cabinets that kept coming back even after cleaning. The front desk couldn't identify it and wouldn't move us to another unit or have an exterminator come in while we were there. Hopefully they were able to fix the infestation after we left.

The four minute walk to the uncrowded beach for the resort was perfect. The beach was wide and perfect as I remember last being in Siesta Key 24 years ago. Villa was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would make a recommendation for an update, as the couch and recliner are at the end of their useful life - not a lot of support, but didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. We didn't have to ask for any help, but appears the management staff were active and visible during our stay. I liked that our entrance was closed, so you had to drive all the way around the horseshoe to get to our villa. It is one building away from Midnight Pass so their is some road noise if sitting outside, but it didn't bother me, I liked the activity. We ordered bikes from Siesta Key Bike and Kayak. Ate at My Village Pub (a lot of TVs for sports), Broken Egg for breakfast (staple of SK), Island Tap House and Mellow Mushroom (off island). All were great.We would recommend and stay again! Thanks.

Homey Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at Island House for a week and we rented 2 condos. V39 was much more roomy and felt more homey. The location next to the pool was also great for our napping niece! Our favorite part was the beach area and being able to walk and watch the sunset every evening. We hope to return soon!
