It doesn’t get much more central than this rooftop apartment, just a few footsteps away from the luxury shops and chintzy cafes of the Champs Elysees. The leafy, bistro-filled boulevards of central Paris are on your doorstep and the George V metro station is around the corner to whisk you to the rest of the City of Lights. The view is what caught our eye – showing off Paris’ Haussmann-style rooftops from three (unfurnished) balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom and living room. The breakfast table sits in a sunny spot and there’s a full kitchen for meals in, if you’re not too busy sampling the city’s famous culinary scene.

This home can be found on the 5th floor (easily accessible by 2 elevators in the building). There are three balconies offering views of the surrounding Parisian cityscape. The shared living and dining area has two access points to the balconies and should you want privacy, you can draw the curtains.
