The house is a fully furnished 9-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom unit with full access to the resort's amenities.
• Community: Solara Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.
• 15-to 20-minute ride from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (Travel times may vary due to traffic)
• Location: 1743 Caribbean View Terrace, Kissimmee, FL, 34747, US (entrance through Sunset Palms Terrace)
• Parking: 4 vehicles in the driveway (size dependant). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

• We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
o 1 hand soap per bathroom
o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
o 1 sponge in the kitchen
o 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen
o 1 laundry detergent
o 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Please note that washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:
POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.
ATTENTION: This house has no jacuzzi; the jets and hot tub (spa) area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
