Out of office

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 14. It is conveniently located to property amenities and had plenty of space for all of us to relax. The only concern is the cell phone dead zone, the internet and TVs not working the entire trip. Additionally, the air conditioners are outside the first floor bedroom window and are very loud making it difficult to sleep. If those items are addressed, we would definitely return for another vacation. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and spent the majority of our time at the beach.

We sincerely apologize for the internet and TV issues throughout your entire stay that is frustrating, especially for a group that size, and we will be addressing this with the property team. Your feedback about the AC unit noise affecting sleep in the first floor bedroom is also noted and will be looked into. We're so glad the beach made for a wonderful trip overall and we hope to welcome your whole family back for a stay where every detail is taken care of!

Huge house, best house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with 3 different families. Appliances were 10/10. So much space for 14 people. Fridge was huge and the coffee/drink pantry was awesome. They even have a huge ice machine!I think there was 3 different washing machines. Parking/garage space fit 3 cars and 3 golf carts. 100% will be back. Book it!!!

Traveling with a large group of adults and kids (ranging from babies to elementary age) can be challenging, but this was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable trips we’ve ever taken.From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed for families. Our home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to gather together without feeling crowded. The layout made it easy for multiple families to stay under one roof while still having space to spread out.What really sets Cinnamon Shore apart is how incredibly family-friendly it is. Our kids were in heaven—riding golf carts, playing on the green spaces, splashing in the pools, and enjoying the playgrounds. The convenience was another huge highlight. Having beach access, pools, restaurants, and activities all within walking or golf cart distance made the entire trip feel stress-free.
