Home has parking for 4-5 vehicles depending on size. Vehicles should be parked on the driveway and not in the street. Damage to landscaping from vehicles or golf carts will result in extra charges. CONSTRUCTION: Island Park Estates is a growing community with construction work beginning at 8:00am and ending by 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. Occasionally there are workers at construction sites on Sundays. Construction noise may be audible at The Sanctuary due to its proximity to ongoing or new work sites. Silver Sands staff will make every effort to notify guests of any nearby construction at the time of booking. However; please keep in mind the flexibility of start and completion dates. If there are any concerns during your stay; please contact the Silver Sand staff. NO refunds will be given for construction inconveniences. Construction is subject to changes after bookings are complete.
