Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Come and enjoy our fully furnished, semi-oceanfront, executive suite located in a quiet neighbourhood. Park in your private driveway, only steps away from your private entrance. Walk the beach and go for a swim. Then enjoy the spectular sunsets on your patio. You will see eagles, otters, and seals. January to April you will hear the barking of sea lions on the Winchelsea islands. Spring, Summer and Fall, watch the cruise ships and sailboats. You might even be lucky enough to see Humpback whales or Orcas.
Shopping is five minutes away by car, including Vancouver Island's largest indoor mall. Within an easy, we have two excellent restaurants and a popular pub.
The neighbourhood has mostly mature families. Traffic is minimal so you will see people walking all over. The area is very safe as we are a Block Watch neighbourhood. Many people have dogs that they walk and everyone is friendly. The beach is minutes away and lots of people swim on a daily bases. We see lots of people boarding, kyaking, kite surfing and lots of pleasure and sailboats.

A fantastic place in a beautiful paradise

This is as nice as VRBO'S get in this price range, by far! Absolutely incredible stay, such a warm and comfortable suite. The views are great, the neighborhood is awesome too. Extremely clean, it's decorated so well it couldnt feel more at home! The hosts are fantastic too,I loved staying here, highly recommended A

Spring in Lantzville

We stayed there for a week. The suite is gorgeous, well outfitted and super clean. The hosts were very friendly and super informative about things to do in the area. Will definitely stay with them again.

Another great stay

Quiet, clean with kitchen equipment. There is a nearby pub restaurant we enjoyed but we also enjoyed a couple cold evenings inside too.

This place was beautiful inside and out. So clean and up to date. Had everything you could possibly want inside down to the smallest details. The view was fantastic and the place was so quiet, highly recommend you stay here👍

Real Gem, Super Clean!

Easy to find, great location with parking. This lovely 1 bedroom apartment with contactless entry was spotlessly clean, all brand new, and very private and comfortable. You control the heat! Close to everything in Nanaimo, the ferries, Parksville and more. Amazing views of the water from the patio just outside the front door. Oh, the bed was very comfortable too! Ben is a great host, very responsive. We highly recommend this lovely VRBO location!

Immaculate and Comfortable

This accommodation was exactly what I was looking for. It is located in a nice quiet residential neighbourhood and everyone around is very pleasant. The people I met at the beach were happy to socialize with me. The space was very, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything I could imagine needing (other than spices). I have never stayed in such a well organized VRBO. At the end of my stay I was forgetful and left something behind. The hosts went above and beyond to help me get reunited with it. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and look forward to staying again.

Best VRBO Stay Yet

Ben and Janice have done a great job setting up their suite. The location is perfect, waking up to a view of the ocean. It's quiet and serene. They were very quick with responses and the in suite book answered all questions that might come up. The suite itself was stocked with way more kitchen supplies and items than you would need. It was the cleanest VRBO I have stayed at and I wanted to take the bed home! Some of the best sleeps I have had in a while. You have full control of the temperature in each room. Loved having a washer/dryer in the suite as well. I would highly recommend this place. Great location, easy access to the main highway. Not in a busy area but you are still close enough to grocery stores etc. Thanks again for letting me stay with you.
