With unlimited Wi-Fi, Chromecast, great DVD collection and only 2.7kms from the heart of town, this fabulous property is the ideal location for that family or friends getaway.

This delightful home will give you that true plenty of room-countryside kind of feeling with its green rolling lawn and bush surrounds. It has 3 bedrooms, (1 queen, 1 double & 2 singles), 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and an internal laundry. There is parking for 3 vehicles/boats combined.
The well equipped kitchen, has full size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave as well as some creature comforts from home - Air fryer, slow cooker, electric fry pan, toasted sandwich and milk shake makers. When you have finished in the kitchen you can choose your favourite apps through TV Chromecast or read a book from our in-house selection. There are multiple DVDs for both young and old and jigsaw puzzles for all to join in. For something a little bit different the quirky floor coverings in all bedrooms are made up of pages from newspapers, books and maps - makes for interesting reading!
Bellville Bach is 5 kms from Oamaru Bay and 6 kms from Long Bay. Both of these beaches have boat ramps and are safe swimming - They are tidal.
There is plenty of grassed area outside for the kids to play but the property is not fenced and the section is sloping.
All bed and bathroom linens are provided and are only to be used onsite. If you are planning on going to the beach please bring your own towels.

Important things for you to note:
Only 2 bedrooms will be made accessible for a reservation of 4 guests or less.
There is a $35.00 cleaning/linen fee for the use of the 3rd bedroom. Please advise us in your reservation request if you will need this room to be made available for you. If only 2 bedrooms are required please indicate whether it is to be the double bed or 2 x single beds preferred.
We are on septic tank with an eco-friendly Biolytix system. It is essential that only toilet paper is flushed - No sanitary items or baby wipes.
We are also on tank water only which is totally safe to drink. As we are anticipating a dry summer this does however does mean we ask you to conserve water when you can. Please do not leave taps inside and out running unnecessarily. Washing of cars and boats is strictly not permitted, though we do appreciate that you may wish to flush through your outboard motor.
