Fantastic Spot!

We loved our stay at Jen's place in Cupecoy. It was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic!! Walking distance to restaurants, Mullet Nay Beach, and markets. The resort is quiet, yet fun, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay. Very easy to get to from the airport, either by bus or taxi. 3 grocery stores within walking distance plus a small convenient store located within the resort. A few beautiful beaches within walking distance as well. Buses were easy to catch to go elsewhere on the island.Jen and Alan responded to any inquiries very quickly. Their place has all the necessary amenities and more. The Beach towels, chairs, and tent were very appreciated, as well as the multiple toiletries. Being within the resort, if there were any maintenance issues, we could contact the front desk for assistance. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend a stay here.

Very well maintained property

Jen and Alen were great hosts, responsive and welcoming. All the extras were a nice touch. Excellent problem solvers.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenn and Alan’s place everything we needed was there. The pool and beach were relaxing and they have happy hour 5-6 every night- we took advantage of this! The food was great around the island plus we were able to cook since the kitchen was fully stocked. Jenn and Alan were quick to reply when we needed and even helped us when our flight was canceled due to weather which was very appreciated!

Great property, the owner was kind enough make extra stuff available to guests as sunscreen, after sun lotions, swimming supplies for kids etc. property is located beside a local beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and stores . Nice pool and exit to sea is a nice bonus! Thanks Jen for everything!

Fun time in Cupecoy

We had a great stay at Holiday House. House was well equipped. We loved the 2 for 1 happy hour at the resort. Shower was great! Close to neighborhood market and restaurants. Host was incredible with communication! Jen recommended a boat tour company and restaurants. All recommendations were spot on!

The unit was very clean, spacious and very well equipped, right down to shampoo, sunscreen, tote bags, pool toys. We loved the Cupacoy area - so many great beaches, restaurants within walking distance. Very central to get anywhere. Jen was a fantastic host - very quick to respond to questions and helpful with ideas. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short by a few nights - thank you, Jen, for your kindness.

N'allez nulle part ailleurs! Grand appartement familial super bien équipé (serviettes de plage, équipement de plongée, télévision intelligente, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, coffre-fort), bien situé avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse (5e étage) sur l'océan, Porto Cupecoy et Saint-Martin (français). Buanderie gratuite au rez de chaussée de l'hôtel. Parking intérieur surveillé. Accès à la piscine (8am-9pm) de l'hôtel avec bar et restaurant. Et surtout une communication très rapide et facile avec les hôtes, bref un séjour parfait.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely book this home again. The house was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated the full-size coffee maker—a small detail that made a big difference for us!The location was perfect: just minutes from Maho, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, beaches, and nightlife, while still being quiet and peaceful. We never experienced any noise issues. The private pool was beautiful and well maintained, and there was plenty of convenient parking.Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. Jen was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped home in a great location, we highly recommend this property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
