Sunseeker is a spacious, modern, sunny home in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely outlook on both sides of the house. The modern kitchen/dining/living flows out onto a deck on one side and a small grassy courtyard on the other, so you can chase the sun or shade and escape the prevailing wind. Handily located close to everything Mangawhai has to offer but away from the hustle and bustle, this is a great base for your next holiday getaway.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has a heat pump in the living area to keep the temperature comfortable whatever the weather, and with large sliders off the lounge and bifolds off the kitchen/dining area you can get good airflow through the living areas. For Entertainment there is unlimited wifi, a SMART TV and board games.
There is also boat parking on one side of the house with a filleting bench to process your catch.
With a 15 minute walk to the Estuary, 20-25 minute walk to the Mangawhai Activity Zone and Wood St shops/eateries, and a 5-10 minute drive to the Surf Beach, New World and Mangawhai Village (Tavern, Bennetts Chocolate Shop, markets, shops and eateries) it is handily placed to access all you need.
NB:
1. Small dogs are permitted by enquiry but must be kept off all furniture and beds and please note the property is not fenced and pets must not be left unattended in the house at any time.
2. The Master ensuite upstairs can also be accessed by the twin bedroom through the walk-in wardrobe in that room.
3. For coffee lovers there is a coffee machine and plunger, both take ground coffee.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
