There is also an additional sleepout featuring 2 bedrooms with a Queen, 2 Singles, and another bathroom and kitchenette. The home has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow from the main living area onto the outdoor deck which features the perfect spot to sit back, relax and sip on a glass of wine in the outdoor covered dining area whilst the BBQ fires away in the background. Or enjoy a movie night with the family using the Chrome Cast to stream movies from your phone.

Heading inside, you'll notice a modern design, with polished hardwood floors and a white interior to bring out a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. With air conditioning available to keep you comfortable year-round enjoying views of the sea - you will be sure to love every minute here!

From surfing to golfing to fishing, Mangawhai brings plenty of action for your summertime getaway! Just a minutes drive away from the Estuary, head on down, and soak up some sun before heading in for a dip in the water to cool down! You are only 3-minutes from the local golf course, so test your swing and get into your competitive spirit! When you feel like getting a bite to eat, the main cafes and restaurants are within a 4-min drive!

1. Pets are allowed but please check with us first and advise the size and type of dog
2. The TV has a Chromecast and Apple TV but not Freeview
3. The sleepout is fairly basic so don't expect 5 star accommodation.
4. There is quite a drop off the deck so it may not be suitable for small children.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
