The fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation at home, though given the proximity to Sydney's top dining spots, you might opt to dine out instead. Gather around the four-person dining table for a meal, or utilise this area as a workspace if you're on a business trip with high speed wifi included. Cosy up on the sofa in front of the TV (smart TV apps require personal login), and for added convenience, note that the living area sofa transforms into a sofa bed for an extra guest, ensuring a comfortable stay with the air-conditioning.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and spacious mirrored wardrobes, offering city views just a glance away. Enjoy direct balcony access from this room. In the second bedroom, discover a cosy double bed alongside generous storage space for your belongings. Refresh within the bathroom, featuring a combination bathtub and shower, and find complimentary boutique toiletries for your stay.

You'll have access to in-unit washer and dryer, and a parking space is provided for one car.

Wander the picturesque suburb of Potts Point to see gorgeous Art Deco and Victorian homes along with breathtaking harbour views. The suburb is conveniently positioned close to the CBD and eastern suburbs. It has become a dining hotspot with a mix of hole-in-the-wall eateries and fine dining from award-winning chefs. Book in advance for restaurants such as The Apollo, Monopole, Cho Cho San and Fratelli Paradiso. Llankley Place is lined with delicious restaurants and cocktail bars, while the Kings Cross Organic Food Market is a local hangout each Saturday and Sunday. Check out beautiful nearby parks such as Rushcutters Bay, Beare Park and Arthur McElhone Reserve. It’s roughly a 30-minute walk to the CBD or hop on the train from Kings Cross Station and be there within minutes.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
