The Space:
This is a heritage cottage, full of charm, character, and history. While beautifully restored, it does show its age in a few areas - expect the occasional creak or quirky corner. We believe the cozy vibe and great features more than make up for it.

Enjoy perfect water pressure thanks to a brand new hot water cylinder - yes, the showers are amazing. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with both a shower and a relaxing bathtub, plus a separate toilet for added convenience.

Bedroom layout:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Single bed + foldout

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is ideal for gathering, cooking, or kicking back with a movie on the 50 inch TV. Step outside to your private BBQ area and soak in the brand new hot tub - perfect day or night.

Please park only in the two free designated spots. The neighbours on this quiet street are quick to report incorrectly parked vehicles, and towing is strictly enforced.
