Participation in golf and use of the amenity center at Spring Run is available through a transferred membership for an additional fee. (Please inquire, if you are interested.) Should you choose to transfer the golf and social membership you will have access to the pay-as-you play golf course - with the 8th tee box located right behind your condo! The par-72 hole course was designed by Gordon Lewis and certified by the Audubon Sanctuary.



The transferred membership also includes access to the clubhouse, heated pool & spa, fitness room, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, and bocce ball. The clubhouse features indoor and outdoor dining and an active social schedule during season.



If you choose not to purchase the golf & social membership, you are still welcome to use the dedicated Autumn Lake community pool and sundeck, which is just steps from the condo!

The Brooks in Estero is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately outside the community you will find the Coconut Point shopping center with abundant stores and dining options. Less than 5 miles away is the Miromar Outlets shopping center and the Hertz Arena home to the Florida Everblades and the areas premiere concert and entertainment venue.



Just a short distance from Stoneybrook is Florida Gulf Coast University, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands; to the south is the luxurious town of Naples.



Within a half hour or less from the Condo you will find all the watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable.



Day trips to Miami, the Florida everglades or even the ferry to Key West are must-do's during your stay, as well!



This property is approximately 13 miles from RSW International Airport, 7 miles from Florida Gulf Coast University, and 12 miles from Bonita Beach Park.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo, front entryway, and lanai.
