Other amenities at Spring Run include the Winding Stream pool and hot tub only steps away from the Splendor unit. Spring Run also offers clay tennis courts, bocce courts, a large fitness facility with spa services, and more!

The picturesque Coconut Point Town shopping/dining center is only a 2 minute drive from the Brooks community. Lots of great dining and shopping all around the area. We happen to be GOLD members in Spring Run giving us access to the The Brooks Commons Club. This means we have additional amenities available for an additional fee. The Commons club includes a large fitness center overlooking a picturesque lake home to many wading/roosting birds, pickle ball, Rookery restaurant, and spa. Special weekend events such as concerts and movies on the property as well. We also belong to the private beach club on Bonita Beach, another amenity that can be added to your stay.
