The space
Pond Hill Country Retreat is an opulent 100-acre estate nestled in a remarkable natural setting, featuring rolling farm fields, two spring-fed ponds and a sprawling forest. One of the ponds on this exceptional property is stocked with brook trout for recreational fishing. The estate also offers a spacious sports court suitable for various activities like tennis, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, soccer and more.

The heart of the main house is a 19th-century log farmhouse. Renovated and designer-decorated in 2019, the house comprises five bedrooms, five baths and a generously sized country kitchen, and showcases a heated, saltwater swimming pool, an 8-person sauna and a spacious hot tub, all set within a beautifully landscaped backyard. Additionally, the outdoor amenities include a fridge and two types of BBQ – a standard propane BBQ and a smoker/Asado-style wood burner. There's also a dining and lounging area affording stunning views.

Just a short walk or a brief golf cart ride away from the main estate, is a 150-year old barn where you'll find a modern 1-bedroom chalet built in 2022, offering the same breathtaking vistas. This modern apartment features an open-concept layout, a beautiful kitchen and a patio with its own hot tub and sauna, perfect for outdoor recreation. It provides a private retreat for couples or small families within the estate.

Connected to the chalet apartment, there's a spacious games room equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, arcade games and board games, catering to both kids and adults.
