The location of the property is amazing. Easy walking distance to restaurant and marina. The house itself was not clean and in need of some work. There is a rug in the middle of the kitchen that is terribly stained. It is covering a sheet of plywood, assuming that is covering a hole in the middle of the floor that is not repaired. Most of the dishes out of the cabinet were DIRTY!! Every pot and pan had dried food on it. There were plates that had sticky jelly like substance on it. The toaster is broken. The beds were not comfortable. The door knob on the entry door is about to fall off. We tightened it three separate times. The sink handle in the downstairs bathroom is broken, so you couldn’t wash your hands. There were ant beds everywhere and ants all on the patio by the picnic table. If you are bringing your dog, there are sticker burrs throughout the entire yard that will get caught in your dog's fur. Talked with manager on Saturday to voice concerns. Was told someone would call on Monday and never heard from anyone. The house has potential with a great location, but is in desperate need of major work! Would not choose this house again.
