INDOOR

✧ Ground Floor

Upon entering the chalet, you'll discover on the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen offering all the comforts to cook any of your culinary desires, as well as the incredibly bright and very spacious dining room. Additionally, you'll find the magnificent indoor spa with a bar/lounge ambiance that will transport you to the warm sandy beaches of the South. You'll also find two tastefully decorated closed bedrooms: Bedroom 1 & 2: one Queen bed, closet, and blinds; Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (two single beds), closet, and blinds.

On the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom with its magnificent bathtub with a waterfall feature, a King bed, blackout curtains, two wardrobes, a dresser, and a sitting area.

✧ Basement

In the basement, you'll be amazed by the cinema room and its large leather armchairs for your relaxing evenings. Additionally, you'll find a large closed bedroom with two bunk beds (4 single beds), 2 double beds and blinds, as well as a living room and a second lounge.

Outside, you'll discover the heated pool, the terrace with BBQ and outdoor fire pit, as well as ample parking space.

*SPA AND POOL MAINTENANCE*
A professional handles the maintenance of the spa and pool. They are required to pass through the interior to service the spa.
The pool is typically open from mid-May to mid-September. Exact dates are confirmed annually based on weather conditions.

*NOISES*
Because our neighbours are sensitive to noise and want everyone to enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by nature, it is strictly forbidden to have a party at the chalet. We ask that you pay close attention to the volume of the music playing and / or if you are singing around the campfire.

*TV*
We do have 5 smart TVs, but we are note offering cable channels.

*BARBECUE*
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
You have access to the outdoor fireplace, however you must bring your own wood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual. The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.

It is FORBIDDEN to use fireworks.

*WINTER STORMS*
Please note that in winter in Quebec, there are sometimes snowstorms that can lead to sporadic water and power outages.
