This property has it all- entertainment, comfort, style, location, all the best things. Our three children were occupied the whole time playing outside and we were able to do a Puffing Billy experience and go for some wonderful walks in nature. The shops are not far away but it feels like you are in the forrest, which to us was perfect. Cannot wait to book again!

We recently stayed with Valley Ranges Getaways and unfortunately had a mixed experience.Toward the end of our stay, we discovered water leaking through a ceiling downlight into the living room. This was quite concerning given it involved water coming through an electrical fixture, and it impacted our ability to use the main living area comfortably. We have photo and video evidence of this.We reported the issue after checkout and were disappointed that no compensation was offered. While we understand the host suggested it may have been due to heavy rainfall, we believe properties should still be maintained in a condition that is safe and fit for guests.To be fair, we did receive a noise complaint during our stay, which I take responsibility for. However, I don’t believe that should override a legitimate maintenance and safety issue.Overall, while the location and property have potential, the way this situation was handled left us feeling that guest concerns weren’t taken seriously.
