Capturing views down to Rushcutters Bay, this character-filled, level one studio apartment offers an idyllic hideaway from the coveted 1920s 'Kadina' building. You’ll be footsteps to some of Sydney’s most renowned cafes and restaurants, but should you wish to prepare meals at home, you can make use of the compact kitchen. Sip your morning coffee or set up work for the day with a side of iconic views in the dining area. There’s a sofa to relax with a good book and wall-mounted TV, viewable straight from the pillow. Large wardrobes mean there’s plenty of space for your belongings.

Sleep easy in a double bed, with a ceiling fan to keep things cool. It’s set with side tables and reading lights. The bathroom is neat and tidy and comes with complimentary starter toiletries for your stay. A washing machine and drying rack are also included for your use.

Please that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of stay.
As part of your linen fee, we use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen.

** Complimentary Toiletries **
Our hotel type toiletry kit supplied is complimentary and is designed to start off your stay. This complimentary kit cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one toiletry kit per bathroom and not for per guest staying.

** Long Stays **
We accommodate long stays of 21 nights or more. However, any stays at this length or more will incur an additional mid-stay clean of $175. This clean will include a full clean and fresh laundered professional linen.

** Postage **
For security purposes please do not post your mail to the property. Any mail should be sent to the nearest ‘Australia Post’.

** Parking **
Street parking is limited and free for 1 hour between 8am - 10pm everyday.
