Excellent view, comfortable beds and rooms, great overall layout of the house. 2nd family room (den) is great for kids. Loved being able to park 2 cars in the garage. Very quiet and private even though there are neighboring houses on both sides. I'd definitely stay here again.

This property is as advertised! Excellent view. Lots of room. Had sister, her new boyfriend, 89 year old mom from Arizona, and my 89 year old father and step mother from Virginia and my wife & I (Oregonians) and we were all able to enjoy our stay. Everyone was impressed by our Air B&B choice. Thanks in a large part to my wife who scoured the reviews!Beds & bedding were awesome. Kitchen was functional (although my wife preferred her pans that she brought). Refrigerator was a bit noisy but not too distracting.Woukd definately book again just for the view.Would post photos but my new iPhone died just after check in :(

We loved this home. Comfortable furniture, spacious, stocked with pans, dishes and fluffy towels. Felt very private even though it’s on a house-lined street. Convenient to the beach and Lincoln City. Clean! And best of all was the view!

Year 3 with my best friends

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was very nice. We all enjoyed our stay very much even on the rainy day. Check in was easy.

Beautiful view, home

Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It was wonderful to just sit in the living room and watch the sunset over the water.

We highly recommend this property! It is an older home, but it is well-maintained and extremely clean. Everything in the house is labeled and the home is very well stocked. We didn’t have kids, but There is an awesome room for kids with a Wii and videos. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved this property!

Great beach experience

Had a wonderful time at this property. Has a great view of the ocean and weather was perfect so we were able to see it. Parking was a bit scary but shouldn’t be deciding factor when staying here.

We had a very enjoyable week the home is lovely, beautiful view of the ocean with a short walk to the beach. We would recommend staying at the Lawton house for an enjoyable trip.
