The Space:

Located on a dead-end street, just a couple blocks from beach access on NW 26th Street, this updated, four-bedroom home features a well-equipped chef's kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances and an island with four counter stools, a rustic dining table with seating for eight (ideal for meals or family board game nights), and a warm and inviting living area with high ceilings, a gas fireplace, cozy furniture, and a large flatscreen TV. Off this space, there's a terrific den with a desk, chair, and sofabed for those needing to catch up on some work while away from home. And outside, you'll find a large yard with a picnic area, firepit, and a soothing, private hot tub.



As for beds and baths, this home has it all! On the lower-level, the main bedroom is located right off the living area and features a king-size bed, full-size futon, ensuite bath, and sliding door access out to the backyard. The other three bedrooms are found upstairs and include one with a second king-size bed and two full-size futons, one room with a queen-size bed, and a kid-friendly room with two twin-over-double bunks and a sofabed.

This home is just a quarter-mile walk from the beach, where you can hunt for agates, splash in the cool water, and watch for migrating gray whales. For some adult fun, join the winner's circle at the Chinook Winds Casino, a little over a mile north. This home is only a few blocks from Highway 101 where you will find various restaurants, stores, and several antique shops. Plus the Devil's Lake State Recreation Area is just over a mile east offering a variety of water activities such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
