Villa Kismet features a dramatic interior garden courtyard, simple clean lines in design, floor-to-ceiling glass, marble flooring, quality handcrafted cabinetry, and very special design features that have been created especially for this villa. Spacious entertainment areas and oceanfront terraces face an infinity pool and covered the Palapa dining area. The courtyard features a Zen style oceanfront tropical gardens. The entry floor showcases the design of this villa around the open atrium courtyard with huge palm trees and tropical foliage. Pull into the private two-car garage and ascend to the third floor via a few steps or use the elevator. The third-floor features three luxury suites – all with private baths and large closets and dressing areas.

On the second floor, you will find the massive living area – all open to the pool terrace via sliding pocket doors for indoor-outdoor living at its finest. The living area flows into the formal dining room and the open kitchen all facing the ocean, pool deck, and outdoor palapa dining area. The pool deck offers sun or shade with the help of 4 large umbrellas and eight padded lounge chairs. In addition to seating for 14 at the large marble round table under the cool palapa canopy.

The pool infinity edge makes it blend with the waves and blue ocean just feet below. The pool features a corner hot spa for evening relaxation under the stars. This floor features two bedrooms.

The ocean-level floor is a complete family suite with a separate full kitchen, breakfast bar, large screen TV and huge media lounge area with a pit couch that can seat 6-8 comfortably. The outdoor area is at the ocean level and features dramatic boulders and lovely shaded lounge areas. This floor features one master bedroom and one flex room that offers a pool table and queen murphy bed for extra sleeping space.

Our location inside the secure gates of Sierra Del Mar at Los Arcos, feature, 24-hour security, a Private Beach Club, with sandy swimmable beach, a restaurant and bar, free kayaks, and paddleboards for guest use, fully equipped gym, pool, and hot spa.

The Neighborhood:
Have a larger group – We can assist – Villa Kismet, Villa Namaste and Casa Demae are all just a few feet apart and divided by our lush gardens on the oceanside, but each can be accessed via our walking path in less than a minute. Together we can accommodate up to 38 guests in 19 bedrooms between the three villas. Staffs at each villa work together to assure high level of service and can arrange for group functions. We are happy to host family reunions, small weddings, yoga retreats, spiritual retreats and corporate groups.

Interaction with Guests:
Wake early when seas are calm and grab a paddle board or kayak from our beach club to explore “Los Arcos” cave and undersea wildlife. Enjoy breakfast and keep an eye out for Manta Rays or Whales often spotted from our pool deck. Just use the contact form to get started.
