One of the quietest units located in Puerto Vallarta’s newest & most anticipated buildings, Soho PV. The building features breathtaking 360° views of the entire city & ocean from the largest rooftop pool in the Western Hemisphere with 2 floors of patio space & staffed bar with extensive menu for you to order from. The condo features 2 large bedrooms & 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, oversized balcony/terrace area with lush landscaping & Mountain Village Views for a quieter stay. Direct elevator access to the condo & rooftop.


As of December 26th, 2023, because this is a highly anticipated brand new building with finishing touches still in progress, please be aware of there is still active construction in some of the common areas of the building. The condo, gym, rooftop pool/sundecks and bar are open fully and ready to enjoy, but there is work being finished up in the lobby, and some small areas of the rooftop.

Currently, the lower lobby is accessible, but could be inaccessible periodically if the elevator is down for a short period, which would require you to need to walk up several flights of stairs to the back of the building to enter.

Currently, the rooftop pool/sundecks, gym and rooftop bars are all open. The pool heater has been installed and heating the pool during the cooler season. Enjoy!

Prices have been lowered for the coming months to account for the unfinished nature of some of these common areas.

Regarding the rooftop bar, in order to maintain a level of service one would find in a high-end hotel, no outside food or drinks are allowed on the rooftop. But the bar is fully staffed and the team is ready to serve you with your needs.

The host and the concierge team were on it for weeks before. The condo is beautiful set up very well. City sounds so if you ate in the front room prepare for that but other than that it was amazing. The pool was so awesome. It could have had a hot tub, but the pool and views made up for it. I loved how secire it was. The only complaint i had was the hours of operation for the bar and food. We've stayed at another Maxwell property so we thought it would be similar but it was not. The area is amazing would definitely stay again.
I wish I got more but we were living in the moment.

Loved the property and the location. The pool is absolutely stunning, and the staff are fantastic. Close to everything, but far enough away, not to be bothered by the noise. Will be back.

The apartment is lovely. We enjoyed our view up the hill and the comfortable balcony. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and showers are well supplied. We easily made coffee, breakfast, and snacks in the kitchen. The concierge service was very responsive. The building is very well maintained. The neighborhood is walkable but make sure you have good shoes for the cobblestones and uneven sidewalks. The pool area is run by a separate company and we were frustrated by the loud music playing most of the time. We mentioned it to the concierge service and they are trying to convince them to change that. The pool itself is incredible. Also, we were asked to wear white plastic bracelets for the entire 2 week stay to identify us as residents. That didn’t sit well and we took them off.

Beautiful!

Beautiful condo and veranda. Even though it doesn’t have an ocean view, it is a beautiful view of the surrounding mountainside homes. The pool and its ocean view is amazing. I loved PV and felt very safe.

Epic view!

The location was in the heart of Zona Romantica and walkable to everything. We received excellent service from all of the staff, especially the pool staff. The pool and the views are epic! This was by far the best spot in town to see the sunset. We rented a car to be able to go to Sayulita and San Pancho and appreciated having access to the garage since parking can be difficult downtown. 5 Stars!

The view from our room was alright, and the view from the pool was excellent. Unfortunately the noise level was so bad we weren't able to sleep most of the nights we stayed. Also while we didn't mind that we couldn't bring outside alcohol to the pool, or even that prices were a bit ridiculous at the pool bar, the worst part was that the quality of the drinks didn't even come close to the price that we paid for them. Overall I was really looking forward to staying at Soho, but sadly I will definitely not be coming back

Normally guests find the noise level to be lower from our condo since we are mountain village facing, but I know you were at the property during a tropical storm, and there can always be city sounds in the heart of a city that are uncontrollable. We will certainly share your feedback with the building rooftop regarding the drinks, as their goal is to create an elevated resort-like experience for all guests.

Great location

Great location. Property management was accessible and helpful; very prompt with response. Was not impressed with the door to the balcony. Was not sealed so bug could get in.

I wish I would’ve known during your stay even though I reached out to you to ask how your state was going and you did not let me know about that but we would’ve addressed it immediately. Subsequently, we have implemented more frequent pest control policy with the property manager and should be resolved now.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We felt spoiled during our stay, between the Maxwell Property Management staff and the SoHo staff. The unit itself is gorgeous. My boyfriend and I stayed in the master bedroom with private bathroom (and safe for passports, etc., very appreciated!), and our friend stayed in the second bedroom, which had a partition you could open in the morning. There was also a second bathroom. Nice kitchen, living room with modern style, and lovely porch and view. No ocean view, but the rooftop pool and view was incredible, just up the elevator. Thank you to Matthew (vrbo host), Carlos (Maxwell staff), and Miguel (SoHo staff) for making us feel welcome!! We had the best week ever in PV!

Fantastic condo & incredible building!

This condo was spectacular. Very clean, nice linens and furniture. I loved the oversized balcony and views. Seemed to be on the quietest side of the building so I liked that. Such a breathtaking building with incredible amenities. The pool is next level, and the gym is the largest I’ve experienced in a PV building. I’ve stayed in many buildings in PV and this condo and building were by far my favorite.

Outstanding!

This is an outstanding place. It is central and walking distance to the beach and malecon, shopping, restaurants and bars, Saturday market and entertainment. The unit is airy, well appointed, with comfortable beds and a spacious, balcony with a square dining and a space to relax with 4 chairs. The property manager, Maxwell Residences was responsive and super helpful. There are 2 bedrooms with one of them opening up into the living room but with the pocket door pulled shut, it offers complete privacy. There are 2 bathrooms with great showers. While the unit is lovely, the rooftop infininty pool is amazing. It has a panoramic view of the whole city and the mountians, great lounge chairs and a bar/restaurant. Depending on your budget, the drinks are a bit pricey. For anyone with mobililty issues, getting from the building to the main street, Basillo Badillo, requires navigating a set of stairs with no railing and a very uneven cobble stone road and sidewalk. Overall, we would return to this building and this unit. It was a totally enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed a wonderful three week stay here. A SUPER comfortable apartment, clean, spacious, bright, and perfectly positioned at the edge of the Zona Romántica.Our only gripe was with the pool - definitely not enough shade and ferocious pool staff who don't allow you to move your sun bed to keep it in the shade. I mean they actually don't ALLOW you! This issue needs to be addressed. Everything else is five star.Thank you Matthew!
