Winter Availability! Ski-in/Ski-Out Chalet with Hot Tub on Whitefish Mountain!

Chair View Chalet is a delightful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome that sleeps 12 in the ski-in/ski-out community of Moose Run. Located minutes from the nearest ski trail, enjoy easy access to Base Lodge and the lower lift terminal. With 3,500 square feet of living space, guests will love having a deck with inspiring mountain views, and a private hot tub.

An inviting great room with cathedral ceilings and large windows offers unobstructed panoramic views of Big Mountain from the main floor. French doors lead to an expansive deck with a BBQ grill and a vintage ski lift chair to enjoy the beautiful alpine views.

Experience luxury in the upstairs primary bedroom. Gather with friends and family on the outside patio to enjoy après ski drinks from the private hot tub. There is also a washer and dryer for convenience.

On-site parking for 3 vehicles, including 1 in the garage. For ski access, use the ski trail behind the property, which leads to Base Lodge with world-class ski trails. To return home, get on the Home Again Trail.

* Ski-in /Ski-Out generally during Peak winter season - late Dec- mid-Feb – weather permitting. The definition means that you are around a 5-minute walk to the nearest run or lift and do not need to drive.

* No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home which include but are not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings.
Check-in on 12/25 is not available.

The chalet was perfect for our family. We loved the ability to get out on the mountain so easily (just a 3-5 minute walk). It was clean and well equipped for cooking and enjoying meals together. The extra attention to detail (basket full of local goodies to enjoy) really made it special. The beds were comfortable (there were even both soft and more firm pillow options in the master bedrooms) having comfortable beds is big for me! It was a great cozy place for our family to gather and 4 bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. We loved it.

Beautiful property, shared by 4 couples! Plenty of room. We spent most of our time at Glacier or out and about, but the house had a lot to offer too. We did enjoy the deck in the evenings and saw deer almost every evening. Overall a great experience and I would recommend!

Perfect for families!

This cabin was perfect for our family and the kids loved the bunk room! Thanks so much for a clean and organized house. It was great to come home and spend time around the fire pit and hot tub!

The place was perfect! Had a problem with the oven in the middle of our stay but the problem was addressed right away by the property manager. Ski in ski out was very easy and convenient. Would stay again.

Big Space, Easy Access!

We enjoyed a tremendous time at this property. It is large, spacious, and well equipped. We didn't have the best snow conditions, and yet our walk out was only about 50 steps and the walk in was much less!

Amazing views

Beautiful house - warm and cozy! We loved hanging out by the fire pit in the evenings and playing games inside afterwards. The kitchen is easy to work in and only 10 minutes from town. The Village is only a couple minutes away and has great restaurants. It was all easy and we all had a wonderful time!

Overall awesome place to stay with a large group! 2 master suites works perfectly for 2 families! Kitchen well appointed. Only two negatives: the ac didn’t really cool down the large living/kitchen area and the showers were tricky! The lever that you have to pull up to engage shower wouldn’t stay up….my husband had to hold it up while I washed my hair and both master showers running at same time didn’t provide enough pressure. Did not really impact our stay, would stay there again, was just a bit of a bummer after long hikes!

Great for a Family Reunion

Beautiful location and views. Exactly as advertised in terms of rooms and space. Large but very cozy!! Well stocked kitchen and lots of linens and towels. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit! We were a large family group and the property had something for everyone. Definitely would recommend!!

Chair View Chalet AWESOME!

We had a wonderful time at Chair View Chalet with our 2 adult children and their partners. The property is immaculate, beautifully and fully appointed. Just like the pictures reflect on the listing. Tons of space, incredible views. Hosts Jill and Alex were incredibly timely on any questions or help needed. We stayed here during the heat of summer and air conditioning was great. We spent 3 full days hiking at Glacier, 45 minutes to the park’s west entrance. Highly recommend staying here! Maybe need to be back in the winter — the views of the mountain skil slope are wonderful!

Great house, Great location

Easy ski in/out. The house had all the amenities for cooking meals. The owners recommendation for 4 wheel drive was excellent.

The house worked well for our group, it was clean, the location was ideal for skiing, and the property managers were quick to respond. Only negative was having to remove our trash.

Beautiful views

This place was perfect for 4 couples. There was so much space to spread out and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals everyday. On hot July days, the main floor was a bit warm but two fans helped cool it off. The upper and lower floors where we slept stayed cool and comfortable. Management was great to work with and responded quickly to anything we needed. We had beautiful views of the ski mountain from our backyard and deck. It is an easy, 40-minute drive to the west entrance to the park which we did on alternate days to allow us a break from hiking. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice slopeside house

House is very large and allows for plenty of room for family to spread out. On warm days main floor can get warm; A/C doesn’t manage temp well on that level. House has lovely finishes. Very comfortable for a family vacation!

Great location with a scenic drive

Amazing cabin at the foot of Whitefish resort. Giant kitchen and beautiful hangout area with giant windows and balcony. We spent a week here and could stayed for much longer. We loved coming back to our cabin after long hikes, this place truly felt like home. It's a bit of a drive from some of the hikes at Glacier, but we didn't mind it since this place is gorgeous.

Beautiful Big Mountain Chalet

This is a nice property in an amazing location! Well maintained and nicely appointed. Amazing views of Big Mountain! Appreciated the wine fridge and kitchen-great room layout! The ski lift chair on the balcony, another nice touch! The description was not 100% accurate. While there were lots of kitchen supplies, there was only one sharp knife and limited pans sheet pans. Also, the property has air conditioning but it's not sufficient to cool off the 3,500 sq ft. Also, had a problem with the internet resetting and wifi wouldn't connect to the master TV. All in all, this was a very nice property and the management was attentive and responsive. We would certainly consider staying there again. .

Moose Run Retreat

There was 8 adults in our party. We all were very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and the well furnished home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious and the home offered plenty of space to stretch out and feel right at home. The kitchen was clean and provided all the utensils needed to prepare any meal. The view from the back deck was serene with the snow covered mountains all around. The home has three fireplaces, but none were functional. We called the property manager and she scheduled a technician to address the problem, but the service occurred on the last day of our stay.
