Large, Bright Home Steps to Rockaway Beach Access, Ocean View Deck, Fire Table!

Thank you for the wonderful review! I’m so glad you enjoyed the home’s amenities and the quick walk to the ocean. We’d love to host you again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm so glad the location worked well fr you and that you were able to enjoy the nearby beach. We appreciate the four-star rating and hope to host you again.

Thank you for the kind review. I'm so glad the home and easy beach access helped make for a special stay. Please come back any time!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm so glad the beach access and the driftwood added to your visit — hearing that the grandkids enjoyed building forts made us smile. I'm happy the layout allowed your group to gather comfortably and that everyone slept well. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for the 5-star review! I’m glad the location and deck views were highlights of your stay. I’m sorry the fire pit wasn’t working and that it wasn’t resolved while you were here — we’ve passed this to maintenance to ensure it’s repaired and inspected for future guests. Thanks for letting us know, and we’d love to host you again with everything in working order.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your stay did not meet expectations. I appreciate you calling out the issues with the bathroom outlets, missing toiletries and washcloths, the smaller coffee maker than shown, the cleanliness problems you found, and the nonworking fire pit. I’ve shared these concerns with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so the outlets and fire pit can be inspected and repaired, the unit will be deep cleaned and restocked, and the listing will be reviewed to ensure the appliances are described accurately. We take cleanliness and safety seriously—thank you for bringing these items to our attention. I hope we can provide a much-improved experience on a future visit.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m sorry that the coffee maker in the home was not the one currently pictured in the listing photos. We will absolutely update the listing photos and be sure to clarify that the machine in the home now is a standard 12-cup coffee maker. We do state in our guest contract that amenity availability is subject to change because sometimes small appliances like these do go down and need replaced. But I really am sincerely sorry this affected your stay and will make sure that we fix this for future guests.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We truly appreciate the kind words about our service and we're so happy to hear you had such a wonderful stay. It's great the location worked so well for you and your pup's adventures and what a treat to have the deer stop by. We appreciate you choosing Meredith Lodging and look forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for the 5-star review! So glad the house fit your family so well. I'm glad you slept comfortably and found what you needed in the kitchen. Happy the little one had fun with the loft stairs, too. We hope you can stay longer next time and look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate you noting what worked well and where we can improve. I’m very sorry about the check-in difficulties and that the lock codes and boxes caused so much trouble; that shouldn’t happen. We will update and simplify the arrival instructions, retest every entry system, and replace any unreliable lock boxes. Thank you for sending the photo of the cleanliness issue — that is unacceptable. I’ve reviewed this with our cleaning team, and we’re tightening the turnover checklist and adding an extra inspection before arrivals. I apologize for the loose shower head and stiff faucet. Maintenance will perform a full inspection of all plumbing fixtures and secure or replace anything that could fail. I hope the refund you received helps convey our apologies for the issues you encountered and that you know we are working hard to remedy each of them.

Hi Jayden. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, but we are sorry your check-in was delayed. We understand this was an inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We loved hosting your group and hope to provide you with a smoother stay in the future.

Hi Dona! We enjoyed hosting you, but we are sorry you were disappointed with your rental experience. In both your original booking confirmation and the welcome email with check-in information, we included all the essential details about the home, including the WiFi information and any special instructions. We also mentioned that we have a guest portal available for any additional information you might need during your stay. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We also apologize for issues with locating the back-up propane tank and will talk to our local team about improving communication. We value your booking and do hope we have the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you for the 5-star rating. We truly appreciate you choosing Meredith Lodging for your stay.

Hi Andrew! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will book with us again!
