Property Details and Inclusions:
This is our family home and we maintain it as such. This home was custom built with attention to detail and designer finishes. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, this is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to get away from the city. From sunrise to sundown, the property offers a tranquil getaway with just the right mix of fire, water and relaxation. Includes BBQ, patio furniture, screened-in porch, wood and gas fireplaces, full laundry, fire-pits, water toys, kayaks for adults and kids, and dock with boat access.

Located at the end of the bay, the landscape offers semblance of a quiet private lake. There are currently no other homes in the bay, which affords the ultimate private escape. With some of the best whitewater rapids just down the river, you will see boats cruising to and from there.

We are self-sustaining thanks to our solar power system and standby propane generator. The home is on well and septic. For the cooler evenings, we have a high efficiency wood-burning fireplace on the main floor and a propane fireplace on the walkout level. The Starlink internet allows you to stay fully connected via Wifi calling, and streaming apps are installed on the TVs. With a dedicate workstation, you can work or play to your heart's desire.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with walk-in pantry and wine/beer fridge, and has everything you need to prepare family meals. Laundry machines and utility sink located on walk-out level.

All the furniture is brand new. All mattresses are 10-inch memory foam and extremely comfortable. The great room features a vaulted ceiling, loft and large windows to maximize the view. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable during your stay. It can get hot during the peak summer days, but the mornings and evenings are cooler with the windows open and breeze off the water.

The screened-in porch is an excellent space to enjoy your morning coffee or to retreat to in the evening after a long day.

- Guests have access to the entire home and over an acre of space outdoors.
- Nearby you will find world class high adventure whitewater rafting, lazy river tubing, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, hiking trails, fishing, ATV trails, craft breweries & golf courses.
- The towns of Cobden, Renfrew and Pembroke are within 20-40 min drive.
