Qualicum Beach detached home

This is a great place for a West Coast experience. We are located minutes from the shores of the Pacific Ocean. A short drive to Cathedral Grove and those Majestic trees. We are mid Vancouver Island in the quaint town of Qualicum Beach. The town has lots of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, three golf courses open year round. A walking trail in a forested area right in this neighbourhood. Close to Mount Washington for skiing, rivers close by for fishing, easy access to launch your ocean kayak. This is a one level rancher. Complete with a heat pump, a propane fireplace and back deck BBQ, on demand hot water and if you like to cook … a bright yellow six burner Kitchen Aide propane stove. I am an artist, if i am home you can watch me work in my attached studio.I sleep in the onsite RV when You are renting the house. And, as a result, I have a bright colourful home. We have on site washer and dryer. The kitchen is recently renovated by an ‘guitar builder’ so the cabinets are unique and functional and includes the iconic table and chairs that we’ve all seen in every café across Canada. The bathroom is a newly renovated space that has a separate bathtub and a large large walk-in shower. There’s a lovely deck to sit on in the backyard as well a patio to the south side of the hose. The back yard is fenced and pets are welcome to play in the yard. Plenty of parking. Pets are permitted. Long-term stay encouraged! On some bookings I will not be on site, other times i will be there but ‘scarce’. If i am home i will be working in my studio that is attached but separate from the house. I access the back yard often have coffee on that patio. My wee Yorkie Betty and I sleep in my RV in the yard when guests are here. This is my permanent residence so there are personal items in the home. It is not solely for the purposes of renting.
