We have a friendly cat named Pixie who shares the property with us. She is a 5-year-old long-haired Maine Coon. Pixie is sweet and has a friendly nature. She enjoys having the company of others and often walks around the house, chatting away. Pixie is more likely to snuggle up next to you than on top of you. She loves a good scratch and has the nature of a dog in a cat's body.

The Neighborhood is very friendly. The property is located very close to beaches, cafes, Milford and Takapuna.

You enter this Property down a steep driveway to your own private Entrance. Your Host will be there to meet you on arrival.
You will be briefed on the House and the pool.

In the master, there is an electric heater and a super king bed.

Stays longer than one month include a compulsory professional clean ($200), added to your bill.
