Step outside to a private outdoor space where you can relax in a contemporary setting. Where you can choose to bask in the afternoon sun on the deck or dine al fresco,
Being in close proximity to the Botanic Gardens, you have the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area at your leisure.

There is ducted heating/ cooling throughout to keep you comfortable.
Parking:
Guests are welcome to park in the double garage or in the driveway.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.
Wi-Fi:
High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled just behind the beautiful Botanic Gardens, you are just moments away from the delicious Eat Botanic Cafe (pet friendly too!), the stunning Botanic Gardens with a wonderful walking track and The Adventure Playground for kids which is the top spot for kids to play.
In a short 5 minutes drive you will find yourself in the CBD of Orange, where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, bars, parks, shopping and more!
The North Orange Shopping Complex is also close by, only a 2 minutes drive. Here, you will find Woolworths, a pharmacy, café, bakery, takeaway shops and McDonalds.
Many of our great cellar doors and wineries are as close as 10 minutes by car, make sure to stop by one whilst you're visiting our beautiful region.

Car, Taxi or Public Transport.
Other Things to Note:
Maximum 6 adults but can cater for 1 extra person if they are a child in the 4th bedroom. Or 3 adults, 3 children etc. Please message us if you have any questions about this.
