The layout of the house, proximity to the beach, restaurants, and attractions are wonderful. The pool area was great for our family to have a place to be together besides the beach or indoors. Our family enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice home and perfect for a family beach vacation.

The property location and having the pool and hot tub was perfect for our 13th girls weekend. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and of course a coffee pot. The pool had 4 lawn chairs and a table with 4 chairs. There was a grill but we did not use it. The ocean view is from the front porch off the living room. Directly across the street is a public walkway to the beach so this is nice. There is a great grocery store along with a liquor store a 7 minute walk or quick 2 minute drive away. We did have some disappointments as follows: (1) There was not one (1) roll of toilet paper or paper towels in the house. (Thank goodness we had brought some.), (2) none of the beds were made up with sheets (we found the bag of sheets and made the beds), (3) none of the bathrooms were set up with towels (we found the towels in the linen bag), (4) not enough towels (we only had 5 people so if there were 10 that would have been a problem), (5) no hand towels for bathrooms, and (6) The floors need to get a really good mopping -- they may look clean but they are filthy! Regardless of our disappointments, it is a nice property and can make a fun vacation home.

It's wonderful to know the kitchen was well-equipped for your group and that you enjoyed the nearby grocery store and other local conveniences. We do, however, apologize for the frustrations you encountered during your stay. We understand how disappointing it can be to arrive and find that essential supplies and linens were not set up as expected. While our linen and starter-supply policies are outlined prior to arrival, we appreciate your feedback regarding convenience and guest expectations. We also apologize for the concerns regarding the quantity of towels provided. Most importantly, we are sorry to hear about the condition of the floors. Cleanliness is a top priority, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review and attention. We truly appreciate both your positive remarks and constructive feedback. We're glad the property ultimately provided a fun and enjoyable vacation experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.
