All Decked Out on the Lake is exactly as the name suggests - multiple large decks spread out across the property, located at the lakes edge - with your own private access to the water.
Sit in the spa pool and take in the stunning views, or take the 2 kayaks down to the lake for a paddle.
This spacious home is best suited to 2 or 3 families. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone.
The hang-out room is ideal for watching sports while playing pool or chatting at the bar leaner.
The home can sleep up to 15 guests in total - however this is strictly NOT a party house - loud groups will not be tolerated, and we do not allow more guests to be at the property than the number who are on the booking. Security cameras are placed at the entrances to the home.
One of the bedrooms (with single bed) is a very small room which is situated off of one of the other bedrooms (with 1x Queen and 1 set of bunks). You have to walk through the larger bedroom to get to the single room.
All bedrooms are located upstairs.

Bedding configuration is. Master bedroom - 1x Super King (with ensuite). Second bedroom - 1x Queen & 1x Single (with ensuite). Third bedroom - 1x Queen & 2x Singles. Fourth bedroom - 1x Queen & 1x Single bunks. Fifth bedroom - 1x Single (this is the small bedroom off the fourth bedroom). Please note - all bedrooms except for one, have high windows that do not have a covering. Please see photos. All other bedroom windows are covered, it is just the triangular windows that peak to the ceiling that do not have curtains or blinds.

The 3.5 bathrooms include 2 ensuites. There is a shower over bath in the main bathroom.
Other important information - there is a wood fire in the house - fire wood is provided. The gas fire in the main living area does not work. The house has 2x heatpumps, plus there are additional heaters in each of the bedrooms.
The house has a connected but completely private cottage that is also rented to guests. They have their own driveway - and do not share any facilities of this property.
Sorry we do not allow any pets. No parties/events or loud groups. The neighbours are close, and the connected cottage will have guests during your stay. Neighbours and cottage guests must be respected at all times. Any noise complaints may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Wifi, tea and instant coffee are provided. There is a Nespresso pod coffee machine - your will need to bring your own pods for this. Linen and towels provided.
Exit clean is included in your nightly rate - the house must be left tidy.
